Well if your hs33 is in good working order it's more locking than disk. So I'd say hs33 front is better for natural/comp style of riding, disc is more for street/tgs riding. P.S. This post writter's opinion may be different from yours!
If you use pads on grind and especially with harsh grind, it eats up them quite fast. Use a little bit of tar if you want pads to last longer, cause tar makes pads stick to the rim, result grind is eating up more tar rathen than your pads.
If you are riding at a pro level, i think there might be a certain level where your body will start getting tired quicker and not as flexible as it used be. But i guess that is up to rider to deceide at this point. By the way Benito is 28 years old.
You really should learn to sidehop to left side, since you ride right foot forward. Will make sidehops easier, of course being able to do it in both sides is a plus. On the video, well.... music could've been better, but it was ok.
Remove your pads and see if you pistons are not leaking. I think that might be the case. Experienced it myself. Brakes started betting spungy and not hold, so i removed the pads and saw that they were covered with oil. Good luck.
I'd say XTR set up. Plus why would you use oil? If the cable is good and quality made there's no need for oil. Nokon cables the BEST there is (in my opinion).
I really would like to have that kind of smoothness in my riding. And i guess Meul is pretty much right. Benito will have to go at some point and you Sam might the one to take his place! Keep rocking.
Was kinda strange to hear LB in trials video, but was quite good. I really like your style, clean trials + some fun moves in there. Hope to see more of your videos. P.S. you maybe should think about getting higher(longer or higher rise) stem, because it seems that this one is too short for you. You bend yourself too much when hoping on back wheel. Just advice.
