yeh boxing is on a monday,wednesday and a friday mate and saterday for sparring if you dare :P mon + wed is 6:30pm til aroun half 7/ 8o'clock ish and friday is 5 untill around half 6 i think, satdee is 9-10:30 or 10-11@30 depends what paul puts you in
