hi guys , just got my i phone , and the signal strength keeps going .. when i leave my phone in the same place , one minute it has full signal strength , then the next all signal goes :/ does anyone else have this problem , or better still does anyone know of an app or anything that might be of use . thanks jack.

a bash ring alone is good if your right foot forward , as when you land on bash if your weight is to the right , your pedal can go down , but if like me your left foot forwards , a bash ring alone would not be a good idea , as there is nothing stabelising your bike to the right hand side of the bike .

nice ridding , but a small thing that he could improve on , is not kicking so hard on a drop .. lower the front , then gently push the cranks just enough to rool your back wheel off the edge , enjoyed the video though , nice work lad

like jake said a bit of pipe is best , i know a rider who has a good set up .. cut the pipe in half , then cut slots in it for the cable ties , as when you land a cable tie on a wall it will snap, then put bathroom silicon in the pipe to help absorb the shock a bit more

now the question is , is it worth sleeping lol
