    Hi mate , a lot of trials is all on your forearm so get a bar weight lock your arms out in front of you and roll your wrists up and down. Also GO FOR A RUN !

    I have an adamant a3 ,its the best bike I have ever ridden . I would recomended it to anyone. the geometry is perfect , but that's just me like others have said its personal opinion.

    Good luck the way i do it is start off with a stack of pallets you can do with ease, and then do that 3 times in a row ,add a pallet do that 3 times in a row and add another one and so on , works for me.

    Yer chavs graffiti everything, that just makes the world look crap ,even if trials riders occasionally scratch a wall its not as bad as that .
