Everyone goes on about sidehopping the "right " and "wrong" way but personally i think its rubish , look at all the good riders that sidehop to the left and are left foot forward and right who are right foot forward , i personally sidehop to the left and am left foot forward and have never occured problems , stay to whatever feels good for you mate

I thought that was only for vee's mabey cable disk ? ... as you may have all guessed , im not much of a mechanic

iv'e just been on the video for centralising calipers and it sais about pushing the break pads out , nothing about shims ?

Hi , ive recently been told that i need little spacers to set my disk brakes up correctly and make sure that the rotor is in the middle of the caliper . i can see the logic behind this but have always thought that the pads are self centering . can someone please tell me how to set them up and if i need these spacers where i would get them from .
