Should look ok in IE now, just ctrl + f5 on any page that looks messed up NOTE: ANYONE CAN EDIT/ADD STUFF TO THE PAGES!! when you're on a page and you notice a mistake/think something should be added, just click the 'edit' link on the left hand side (quite far down) and edit away and press save. Changes appear instantly. To add a page, make a new link (look at the existing links on the page to see how they're done) and click save, then click the link you just made and add the info The wiki is seperate from the forum, so you will need to sign up to it seperatly (although guests can edit too). I'll integrate to 2 at a laster date.

Nice work seems to be coming together a bit. Again I reccomend either clearing your cache or pressing ctrl + f5 to see the changes to the skin I've made, looking a bit better now. edit: except in fecking IE

Well said. I'll copy a page over from somewhere else on the basics of wikis. As you may have noticed (if your using it now) I'm kinda sorting the skin out. Not perfect yet (never will be to be honest) but bear with me..

True, although I don't think rushing it gives you any benefit. All the drivers I know who passed after 3/4/5 tests were better drivers than I was after 1. There certainly seems to be a ratio between amount of lessons taken to the number of crashes in the first 3 months of driving amongst the people I know. (edit, although agreed you only *properly* learn how to drive once you've passed, taking lessons and not rushing it certainly isn't going to hinder your ability to drive well once you have passed).

Did a crash course myself. Had about 15 hours experience driving around with my Dad, then did 10 x 1 hour lessons in a week with my instructor and a test at the end (was about £250 I think, but he ripped me off 'cos I *think* they were meant to be 2 hour lessons). Passed first time. Crashed a week later causing a few grands worth of damage (2 written off cars) a ripping from literally everyone at school and a very guilty conscience. Don't bother. Get proper road experience, you can't rush it.

Um when I drove the Fiesta to Mongolia I signed up for a years insurance (payable monthly). When I got back I canceled the insurance, and they gave me back the extra for the month I had paid for. That was with Direct Line. They did say on the phone if I cancelled before the year was up they would charge me for an EXTRA month and let me go, turned out that wasn't the case though..

I have installed a wiki which is integrated with the forum, its disabled for the moment 'cos theres a small few bugs. But it looks very promising (and a lot simpler to use than the current wiki), I'll enable it once the bugs have been ironed out

Theres a wiki mod for IPB which I'm tempted to give a go, only thing is its an unofficial mod (although looks to be well written) and its hassle for us to update it, however it is properly integrated with the board. Only problem with media wiki is that I'd like the member details to be shared between here and there. We're awaiting Invision to release 'converge' which will allow us to share member details between the forums and different apps (media wiki for example). If anyone wants to add stuff to the wiki then go for it, if it takes off I'll work on getting it integrated with the forum

You could make it a lot simpler by using a photo of the bike in front of a plain background, pretty simple then.

Shut up. To the rest.. pics in sigs will never be allowed. In fact its been playing on my mind for a few months now to start restricting the size (in lines) of peoples sigs 'cos some of them are just stupidly big - about 5 times bigger than any post they've ever left themselves.
