Whoops, I'll fix that now. EDIT: fixed Fixed The way I've worked out the %age is a bit shite. If anyone isn't incredibly hungover feels like working out how it should be done (ebay style) then feel free to explain it Actually I mean the way the rating itself is done - not the %age. At the moment if someone gets 2 negative and 2 positive, their feedback is said to be 0 - can anyone think of a better way to do it?

Doh, not sure if people are getting confused with the old feedback system (they look pretty much identical) so I've disabled the old one for the time being. Not sure whats going on with the URL thing I've just disabled URL checking, anyone having problems with that, do you mind having another go?

Just uploaded my latest creation, a new feedback system. Looks pretty similar to the old one, but this time I've written it myself and tidied up the back end quite a bit (well, I re-wrote it) Anyone fancy testing it? Just adding, reporting feedback etc. Click all the buttons, let me know if you get any errors. Legally you should get paid for the hours you work, end of. So if you come in 5 mins early to check the till, leave 5 mins early, or add 5 mins to your time sheet. If you have to stay an extra 15 mins to complete your job then add that to your time sheet, or let the managers know that you need to finish 15 mins early to count up. Legally theres nothing they can do.

Erm, loosen all of them? Thats a bit drastic. I always thought it went along the lines of.... At the higher bit of the 'egg', tighten the spokes. On the opposite side, loosen them. Should bring it back into shape.
