Go to Citizens Advice, there will be one near you. Its like free legal help for issues just like this.. I'd go for the 'I mainly used the pool, and then you closed it' approach.. Just to balance it out, even though initially I would have said 'epic fail', do what you want. Learn from your mistakes. Its only 2 years of your life and a bit of cash you will be losing out on, not the end of the world.

Don't close your browser Probably just some cookie issues that'll iron themselves out. Is it buggered for you? Seems to be intermittent for me at the moment.
