At risk of sounding like my mum, you are skating on very thin ice. Quit the lies, and the bullshit and you may have a future on here.

Errr.. you didnt actually press 'execute' did you? That doesnt mean kill it, that means run it..

We're on the same one that Planet-X bailed us out onto (remember those days?). Actually were with the same host, just a better server. Much better. Had no problems, but you get what you pay for :D
-
Hmm this happened to them a while ago too... theyre still sending me emails as if I still have an account with them.. all I ever get is 'sorry about the down time' or 'were moving servers soon' or 'sorry we just lost all your databases'. Cheap but not very reliable, maybe shouldnt have ever reccomended them in the first place seeing as half the trials sites on the web seem to be hosted by them now :D Anyway Im not gonna go looking ^_^

They were lost in the upgrade to 2.1.3, now fixed :D

Did he ask for any of your opinions? No, all the posts in this thread are assuming it was him who was driving/whatever. None of us know anything for sure except mod661 (sorry dont know the name). Police, if theyre involved will take the same stance, innocent until proven guilty. EDIT: by the way I dont approve of driving without a licence/insurance, never done it myself. However I do believe people have the right to a fair trial.. not what is going on here.

Erm... just put it down as good attendance? It sounds a bit like mine... im usually late for everything, my punctuality is a bit crap but the attendance itself is 100%. You tutor doesnt sign anything anyway does he? Is there any reason he would look at the application form? Bit like shooting yourself in the foot if you put down you dont have good attendance. Sounds like scare tactics to me.

Why dont you copy a video off your C: to D: and see if it plays ok off that? Defragging shouldnt make that much difference nowadays :)
-
Yup, hurts like feck and will make your eyes water but after a couple of times it should go :)

Shouldnt be able to do much about it without any real evidence. Id be more worried about whether the parents noted the milage before they went on holiday..

Its *some* of the people on here who suck. The vast majority are cool, theres just a few who like to f*ck it up for the rest of us. The forum software itself, is fine.

Get a scart switch/selector thingy if you cant get it to work any other way. Did you mean 'a.v out'? If so thats the one which needs to go to the TV, and plug the Xbob into the other scart socket (if the xbox has a scart out ) Edit, just realised why it says 'have' instead of a.v without the dot. spell checker *grumble grumble*

You would be better off emailing them and letting them know that way.

Well said. What depresses/bores me. Having to watch topics go downhill, spiral into tit for tat arguments and close them. As per usual *yawn*

Hmm ok I challenge you to walk down to the shop (somerfield) where I live.. get £25 worth of shopping and carry it back up, let me know next time your in aber so we can put some money on it (Y)
-
You wouldnt want to walk/ride up the half mile of hill I live up. You would prefer to go to the co-op 5 minutes away which is twice as expensive... and id prefer to coast down the hill, get it cheap and get it delivered (free). Saying that, I am a lazy sloth (Y)

No chance that'll last til december! I spent £75 on food at the start of term, ran out within about 2 weeks. Went to morrisons about a week ago, spend £22 on solely buy one get one free items (like the stuff you said) and its not going to last me out the rest of the week. Not to mention everything ive bought in the mean time... Iceland used to be where it was at. Couldnt buy anything in there without getting something free, and in the days of free delivery and £10 off online vouchers it was a piece of piss, and cheap to do your shopping. My plan (when my bike arrives on wednesday) is to go down to somerfield, spend £25 and get it delivered free, bargain. (I live up a big hill)

Seeing as line rental for BT costs a tenner a month on its own then yep.. If your using a uni connection make sure skype works in the first place, they might have blocked the ports... you can phone people for free as long as the person your calling also has skype.

Hs33 Rubbing How Do You Stop It

1) make sure the wheels true. If its not, learn how to true it (http://www.sheldonbrown.com/wheelbuild.html) or take it to a shop and get them to do it. 2) if its already true, take your magura off, take everything apart, put it back together and spend about 2 or 3 hours of frustrating faffing getting it all back on and set up. A rather extreme way of doing it but if you've never set up a magura before then it'll be worth knowing how it all goes together in the long run :D (3, make sure you havent just fiddled with the TPA (red dial adjuster) and made the pads too close to the rim, in which case undo the TPA a bit, still, its worth knowing how to set up a magura properly anyway) (Y)
