i had this problem. Is it a drilled sproket? if so then two bolts in the holes at opposite sides and the bigest piece of bar possible and crank it off. If its not drilled, get your drill out and drill it!

I take it your on about a HS33? If it is an 04 style poke a tiny (i think 2mm) allen key through the bleed hole and it will come out.

Yep and yes. But obviously dont overtighten so the thread strips/you shear a bolt. max

Cheers rich. That actually made sence. My problem is the hub is a quando and has no model on it. I know my rim is tryall, but again dont know the model as it came with the bike. Im going to start it again tonight as i think it is, as you said, a simple solution. I was just rushing it last night. Oh and rich are you coming out next week? Oh god. Ive really f**ked this up. The actual build itself is fine. Its just the crossing spokes that have fecked up. I wish i never touched it now! Max

I cant really remember. Im going to take another look at it tomorow. I havnt taken up any tension yet. Ive just looked at it and i seemed to have done one side 3 croos(not 4) and the other 2 cross. I think my problem lies where i havnt twisted the hub enough.... Edit, yes i am a doughnut and didnt look at the spoke pattern. Its a tryall 32h rim, a quando hub with the disk side bigger than non disk side...
