Funny you say that, I'm staring at my old 26mhz team frame..Only issue is its a Vbrake mounts...Kinda want to run disks.
-
Been thinking Inspired, or really a black market or NS Majesty build. Street/Park/DJ.
-
Like I said, out the loop on pricing. That frame would fetch a good price in the states. I've never been a weight weenie and managed to hold it at a high level of riding. Good to know, cheers for the input....prob part it out. Yes it is an ISO Hub...may just keep that though
-
Thats amusing. Think I'd part it for that...kinda low.

Been and still am contemplating selling my steed. I just returned from 7 years in America. This bike took me to win the Colorado Elite State champ....But I think its time for a change of scene. Sorry for posting in Trials Chat....Just I've been out of the loop for cost and such in the UK. What do you think it is worth, if I was to stick it up for sale? Build; Sinister WTF frame. Deity Bars Brand new HS33 long lever + Pads (Seriously 2weeks old) Avid BB7, the good one piece one. Avid SL lever, with Odyssey linear slick cable. Shaved Knifen fork. Hope front hub Mavic X7something rim Chris King Rear hub, with fun bolts. Surely cog. Middleburn RS7 cranks and bash Truvativ Gigapipe BB Chris King Headset ODI lock on grips...new Transition Pedals (not show in picture) NEW..green Usual scratches and dings, mostly due to the a simple rattle can paint job (did this just so I could cover up shoe scuff marks from doing squeakers easily). This means it would be simple to change the colour or get it powder coated. Cheers P I think I would be willing to keep the cranks and rear wheel if needs. My bad, for the dirty bike....I'll be cleaning it.

I have had plenty of issues with boxes....I hate travelling with them. A big flat object, the throwers at the airport love to stack as much stuff on there as possible. + a wheeled bag with a handle is a lot easier to transport and move around, for connections, trains and taxis. Most hotels hate bikes, wheeling a golf bag through a hotel lobby, rather than dragging a box = less hassle The new luggage allowance for flying is first item is free the second you pay for. I'd need to check new regulations for the monster bag. I traveled with my bike just before christmas and got charge an extra $200 for having a bike in a box. The box was within the dimensions of normal baggage, but as it was a obviously a bike in a box it was extra.

Think I will be looking into purchasing one of these, bike bags are just too big for smaller framed bikes.

ahh so I have the only Sinister WTF in the country....good to know. Considering selling it, hate to say kinda bored with trials.
-
It's getting pretty huge now... This event is pretty close by jump size.
-
That sucks...What rocks? I went from the carpack under the castle @ 11 along the front. Had a great day myself, but it would have been nice to ride with some local knowledge. Maybe next time.
-
Take it nobody rode?? I went the lenght of the sea front a few times.
-
Will show up... Just got down here, bike has just been pulled back together...its been about 5months since I rode it. My riding gear...helmet etc isn't here yet so I may jus tbe posing.
-
It used to be...and may well still be If you are just over the limit, you get a 1 flash warning. If your well over the limit...two flashes and ticket.

Cheers for the input.. Can you listen to Pandora online music over there?? Or is is restricted by country.

Not much help, but I will watch my arse when I tie my shoe laces. Chicks feel safe around gay boys....more chicks? My job should send me round Europe a bit so I'm hoping to not just depend on the English lady's. Got a bone to pick with the French....haha
-
Use to do that....go to Edinburgh or Newcastle then catch the early back. I don't really get on MSN that much. I'll let you know about the room thing...if it works out it may be a good bet. Cheers for the offer and input.

Alright a correction...the Job is in Bexhill. I've been living in a city now for a while...don't really want to move to some small fishing/retirement village (looking for good nightlife). As I mentioned I've never really been that far south. Any input...Pro's and Con's on areas along the coast would be great. I'm thinking Worthing is about as far away from my job as I'd want to get. How is Hove? Anyone from Eastbourne how's thats My plan would be to get a place of my own eventually, but until I get home and situated I will be looking to share for a while.

Ahhh the joy of knowing I'm heading home. I've been in the United States for almost 7 years. I left England at 18 returning an old goat at 25.....and Colorado Elite Biketrials State Champ....(hehe showed them Americans how to ride a bike.) I'm about to graduate with a B.A. in Industrial Design and then I'll be re-crossing the pond. (unless someone offers me a LOT of money and a sweet job) But... I have a job doing Electric motor cycle and bike design...in EDIT...its in Bexhill of all places. My though is to live in Brighton and commute? Anyone from this area, is that a good idea? I assume I won't be buying a car for a bit, as the move is going to suck all my money away. Random questions in no particular order How and where is the best bet to look up digs and flats to rent? Really how is the economy doing? is it as bad as over here in the states? Anyone in Brighton look for a roommate for a bit..?November-ish on... How is the driving test now? I now only have a yanko American license and will need to re-sit my English test, bollocks! How much and where to get info on Railway passes? I heard its all private and mucho expensive now a days. The cost of living difference between London to Brighton ? (I'm from the most Northern town in England and have never venture down south that far, other than for trials events) Are there any freeride/dirt jump parks in south England...I've grown quite attached to DH and DJ in Colorado Whats is a good and bad price for Rent? I've seen some way different pricing floating around. 500quid a month to 750 for a 1 bedroom. How long does it take to get from Brighton to London? Even phones...what a good company to go with, how much should I expect to drop monthly? I'll no doubt have more questions to add as D-day come closer....Any good input is appreciated..Thanking you much
