If you have access to the best equipment, sand blast it...none of this nitromours crap, sand blasting it keeps the frame dry, gets all the littletight areas clear, if you use paint a stripper its hard to get it all off, and because your using a liquid the frame takes langer to be read for you paint because of cleen up, the moisture from the sipper and the time it take to clean up the frame will oxidise, meaning the primer won't take properly.

NO! They are complete poo compaired to the kool stops.

Thanks, but it doesn't have a price on just the chainring/guard....soz prob wasn't very clear basicly just lookibg for the ring/guard not the arms.
