Hey, you can get pads for all the drums including the bass drum and they have pads for the cymbals aswell. For a full set though it's gonna cost about £50. Make sure you get the right sizes for your drums though.

I'd defiantely reccomend getting TNN pads. I have the CRM's and they are just excellent but new TNN pads will be out in the next few days so keep an eye ou for them. They're meant to be even better! I know i'll be getting some at some point.

Not sure if there is a specific length of time. It will depend on how often you grind, what angle you hold the grinder at, what discs you use, the thickness of the discs you use. Just whenever they stop giving a good grind would be the best time for a change.

Btw, If you talking about Duncan it was 'Disco' pads he had? But yeah, my mate (I think it's the same guy Ross is talking about) bought some eBay pads and seriously, they lasted about 2 days. He got a grind and put a fresh grind on it and they were like gone. Didn't have very good bite or hold either. These could be different though...

I've been riding with them everyday now for about 3 weeks and they is a bit of wear. Nothing bad though. The wear life seems pretty good imo.

It'll be good if you can get it tapped. But when it's fixed, check and tighten your pedals regularly Pleb!
