None, they're all white. What do I win? Joe x

Methinks whatever point you were trying to make has fallen flat on its face In other news, my girlfriend's wonderful. She's really good for me, calms me down and makes me happy she's my best mate as well, really, which is the best way to go about it, I think Joe x

The moral of this story is... don't piss the mods off, they're the guys with the metaphorical big sticks. If you don't like it find another trials forum (good luck) Joe x

Joe's comprehensive list of crap to use (it's not long): Spybot - Search and Destroy AdAware Personal SE SpywareBlaster (a program with regular updates that blocks spyware before it gets into your system) Avast! antivirus, free and good All of the above is free to use I use all of those, and nothing else, they're all efficient, small programs, so they're not gonna put a hug strain on your resources like hulking heaps of crap like Norton will. As far as spyware-cleaners are concerned; they all use different databases and will find things the others miss, if you want to be super-sure use a few, though I find those first two on my list to be perfectly adequate.

Word, absence makes the heart grow fonder an' all that. My lady's actually not stunningly far away which makes it nice. I get to be a bum and basically play bass all week (I'm going to music college next year, so it's just studying at home, not twiddling for my own enjoyment, oh no...) and when we do see each other just 'cause we've missed the other that little bit it's electric Basically, if I get a part-time job my life becomes ideal! That's really not a bad idea. I'm all for that. I can't imagine it'd be too difficult to set up, either; from an admin point of view. It might help the crackdown, insofar as it'd give the smut somewhere to go and stop it cluttering up the regular forum, which I agree in a very young-demographic forum ought to be under 18/16-friendly.

I fancied my english teacher a good 'un. Still would as well, she's a fox My PE teacher was fit as, too. Ah school, who the hell would let pubescent young lads in with all those other people?! Accidents will happen! Joe x

No-one's gonna know anything about your ratio until you post what size freewheel you're running on the back Assuming; however, that you're running 44-16 (which you probably are) then you're probably in exactly the right gearing (By general consent 2.75 is the ideal BMX ratio). Sure, it's hard compared to a trials gears, but your legs'll get stronger, if you lower the ratio much (or at all) you'll probably find it holds you back in parks and stuff 'cause you'll start spinning out Joe x

Thank f**k the law doesn't allow for that, eh? Whilst I'm not particularly porud to be British (let's face it, I'm just another accident of geography like most people!) I count myself very lucky. We're ever so free here. Rule Britannia!

I think you need to check the figures out! We get about 150,000 people coming to Britain every year. Our population is about 65,000,000. A bit of quick maths tells me that this affects our population by about 0.2%. Now I'll be honest, I've heard Labour are struggling for votes, but not that much! (Can people inform their opinions please? It takes up less space than the rhetoric I see bandied around here.) Why do you feel threatened. According to your Daily Mail politics once you're a minority you'll get an easy ride Plus he probably has more right to be here than, you, he's moved as an economic migrant to find a better standard of living for his family (that's only a probably of course, but that's the deal with most polish immigrants) The only reason you're a UK citizen is an accident of geography, all you did was pop out between your mother's legs somewhere in the UK. If you're gonna act righteous, you've gotta be in the right first One of the better though-out posts in this thread that. If everyone concentrated on living their own lives well the world'd be sorted. It's a little idealist, sure; but worth bearing in mind. Joe x

Has Tf Become A More Harmonious Place Since Obm Has Stopped Posting?

Ironic? Maybe... Joe x -
Christ on a bike can you link to images of that size, please?! They're bigger than the internet!

Arguably you'd have to be some kinda nutter to run a country. I really couldn't deal with the pressure, or responsibility.

That's the problem with the internet and written communication general, difficult to account for tone of voice etc.

I think that'll be what he was getting at Joe x

It's common courtesy to respond to online sales with a confirmation email. Most companies just use a mail bot to do it, just to give the customer (you know, that guy that keeps you in a job?) the feedback they need to put their minds at ease. So as for employing another person, bollocks, make a program do it It's pretty easily justifiable expenditure 'cause the lack of feedback is a big black mark against supercycles, they've been frustrating to deal with on the few occasions I've used 'em. OK, my little response. I don't think shutting the door on the rest of the world is a sensible or workable plan, one of the few parts of Britain I'm proud of is that we're quite welcoming to people fleeing from war, persecution, famine etc., and that's only a good thing. As for having the army do door-to-door checks I think that'd create more of a climate of fear than any terrorist attack; nobody wants a police state: look at the thrid reich, east germany or the USSR for proof. I don't think going proactive in a violent way is a fantastic idea, either. You wouldn't start a fight with a chav because he might mug you, that'd be insane. Depressing as it is a reactive response has got to be the way to go. Find the people who have actually comitted crimes and get them the hell out of the way of society. The thing that really pisses me off about Guantanamo and the eastern bloc prisons is that the majority of the prisoner's haven't actually done anything wrong, even if they were planning to. Now evicting preachers of hate is something I agree with you 100% on, these guys are crazy. However, it's not just because they're muslim, plenty of hardline christians have done crazy things in the name of religion (John List, anyone?). Spirituality should be a search for peace, not an excuse for violence, and as soon as you start holding beliefs, that's when the problem arises; because people can use "faith" to ignore good common human sense. Lastly, the criminal justice system has never been a deterrent to criminal acts. Even when the death penalty was in force we still had murders and so forth. Heck, there was plenty of stealing going on back when you could be hung for nicking a loaf of bread. The legal system of Britain is pretty damned good. Firstly it's deontological (that is to say it has rules that you can't break, like killing another person, for instance) which makes it workable, but it ha consequentialist elements that allow exceptions to be made in exceptional cases, like killing someone who's about to stab your mum or something: that'd be justifiable manslaughter, and you'd come off a lot lighter. Alcohol abuse affects the UK quite badly, and is something I've got plenty of ideas about (most of them based around the european way of thinking) but I'll save that for a more appropriate time. Good luck munching your way through that essay Joe x

Sound Control do it with no small degree of success, and they're huge so they must be doing something right Joe x
