Claws rule, I ran mine for a year and a half and if i hadn't had to cut through it to get my crank off I'd still be running it now (Y) I was considering an eno as a replacement for it, but the price difference just wasn't worth it. The faster the fibres in your muscles twitch the more explosive force they have, the asian races (that is to say chinese, russian etc) tend to have far better twitch than westerners purely through genetics, which is why they clean up on the gymnastics events at the olympics, but i digress. Basically the speed your muscles contract at is determined by the length of the fibres that go to make them up, long fibres being slower, they are however more efficient over a period of time making them better for say, running. Practicing stuff like that will also determine how far towards each of the scale your muscles are. So, in conclusion if you want to sidehop like Ros, don't train by running long distances B)

Not dealt with these before at all and the frame I've just bought has one, but the bottom bearing race is missing, I don't have it yet so I'm just wondering in advance if a 'normal' headset bearing would fit??? If not what do I want to be looking for? Joe

Konica Minolta Dimage z3 I'm looking at this myself, Steve-A's Dad has one and I went and had a brief play with it, to say the least I'm in love, definitely getting one at some point. From what I gather there's very little to choose between this and the Fujifilm finepix s5500, except the general funkiness of design, the whole thing feels amazingly put together, and the sports mode is my personal favourite, big aperture, low exposure, nice bright images and no blur :blink: :'( :o :P Joe (On a quick note, I'd go for a for camera-shaped one as the smaller ones tend to have smaller lenses leading to darker pics) EDIT: That link actually shows you the next model up; the Z3, but for roughly the same price I'm not complaining!

Koxx Browns on a grind (cheers Matt :blink: ) no tar needed, due a combination of a nice bleed and pasty in the braking finger, the setup isn't perfect, but that's a compromise stemming from a slightly twisted rear triangle. Joe
