  1. PAUL REVERE VIRUS - This revolutionary virus does not horse around. It warns you of impending hard disk attack- Once, if by LAN; twice if by C. That is absolutely hilarious, pretty damned witty for american humour! Joe
  2. I had those and hated them. They were super slippy when wet, damaged easily and were forever slipping on the bars. Joe
  3. Just a thing, measure your actual wheelbase, 'cos Urbans make bikes longer as a rule and if it's a bona fide 1065 LB I'll be surprised, most are 1100 aren't they? (May be non-knowledgable on that one) Joe
  4. Use your common sense, chill out and like Andy said, they won't mark you down for clicking on hazards that don't develop :P On a side note; passed my practical this morning :D 3 minors (sorry "driving faults") :D Joe
  5. That's perfectly alright, just use 'em both as you would normally and they'll even out eventually as the weaker arm is forced to keep up, don't hold your breath though! Working out only arm at a time would be dodgy as the muscles that stabilise you when you lift would get biased towards the weak one, never a good thing. Joe
  6. Is your appreciation worth damaged ears, and a battery that runs down faster? Besides if you feel the need to play it louder fiddle with the EQ instead, will probably have it sounding better. Joe

    Speeding

I'm still officially a learner so obviously there's far more onus placed on me to get in good habits and not fail my test (again (Y)" ) Occasionally I'll find myself slipping over the limit, usually in nationals, but I rein it in when I spot it, as for 30s I prefer to stick to 'em and not take my chances, the one image that sticks with me is the government campaign on the TV where it said "If this car had been travelling at 30 it would have stopped here" then slams into a child, because it takes another 12 of so feet to stop at 35. I'd like to think I'm smart enough to realise that I only control what happens inside the car and wouldn't like to jeopardise people outside it too much if they don't look before they cross or something. Joe
  8. Please explain to me how you identify with a song in which some 20-something year old bloke is regressing himself to his teen years and asking people to hurt him? The obsession with self-harm and depression displayed by the pop-punk world is a bit boring now, not to mention increasingly disturbing. Yes, depression sucks, yes feelings of wanting to hurt yourself suck, yes feelings of wanting to die suck, boo-f**king-hoo, sort yourself out, goddamn singery types. Joe

    Console

Rogue Squadron is the shizzle, Diddy Kong Racing and Smash Bros both kick arse, and as far as platformers are concerned DK64 really had to be the last word (Y) Joe
  10. Do it yourself, damn lazy emo child! (the patheticism of some of this is shocking, seriously it's making me cringe) Joe
  11. "I am pain I am real I'm not a dream, I am the chain around your neck as you scream..." Day Three: Pain - Ayreon "Just when I'm inspired you drain the drive right outta me, Even when I'm tired you force me to perform for your amusement..." This Secret Ninja - AFI "Breathe life for you are not alone..." Breathe Life - Killswitch Engage (for some reason that's really beautiful to me :"> ) Joe
  12. The thing I find is in-jokes, if you've got little things that absolutely crack you up every time that no-one else gets, that's a good sign! Joe

    Storms

Awesome, how'd you do it? long exposure and a tripod I guess? Joe
  14. Have you fallen in love with the way it looks or the way it rides? If the latter then changing it to a mod would alter the feel completely, if the former, just get a grip! :) Nice try, but I'm doubtful anything will come of it (Y) Joe
  15. ACS 18t is definitely what you're after, I can't honestly justify an Eno to myself (I did try when I had some money :) ), certainly for street the ACS is bloody fantastic, lock the threads up (easy as pie) or buy a welded one from selectbikes. Do make sure you lock it up though, even if you're commited to tightening it every 5 minutes one time you'll forget and do it irreparable damage... Joe
  16. Weak as, and working on the theory that a chain's only as strong as its weakest link it's a death sentence to a trials rider, do yourself (and the NHS) a serious favour and ditch it. Joe
  17. Haha, that thing was battered who's the victim/recipient? Joe
  18. This man has a point about unicycling, I was out for two months due to a torn bicep and this stuff is serious fun, plus I'm sure the bos at KoxxOne will be accomodating to a team rider :P TRA on a unicycle, that'd be summat to see... Joe
  19. Oi, spacker, actually look it up in the dictionary and you'll find that both are perfectly acceptable synonyms of the other, so be quiet (Y) Joe
  20. Haha careful you don't get made redundant 'cos the other stores in the area are losing money :P" *not bitter, not even a bit, the barstewards*
  21. Pop that goes into my signature, biggest double entendre on trials-forum to date? I think so :P Joe
  22. Still a good one though, useful stuff for many in here that wouldn't have searched I'm sure (Y) Joe

    Dj

It doesn't seem real reading through that eh? Brought a lot of it back, really upset me... Joe
  24. No-one here's gonna be able to explain it, otherwise they'd be very rich stage illusionists and not about to give away their secrets anyway  Joe
