oh so they are a well known reliable company then, i dont mind buying things online but i take it they dont do payments through paypal or do they?
-
i prefer the layout and style of tartybikes due to decent sized pictures and descriptions, plus there website looks a little bit more professional, basically just wondering if people have bought from selectbikes and what was there opinion? good customer service, reliability, P&P and quality of goods. i may consider a big order with them due to some good sale prices cheers guys

does anyone know of anywhere that gives away pallets or do i just have to keep riding on them in carparks and places like T.K.maxx? lol , you should make a mini course with four or five then charge people to play on them, good for people to practice and get enough money and then you could invest in making your park bigger and better

yeah get some soon matey, and you can compare to his pics, also the cranks rub on the rear slave cylinder so i cant pedal all the way round and also a tooth off the sprocket is snapped, theres odd bits he forgot to mention fair enough the snapped tooth isnt a thing you look for when describing selling a bike. -

you know what else was crap, the amount of gaffa tape to seal the box it was so flimsy it probs would have been cheaper to just take the handle bars and send the bike as a flatpack styleeee -
+ 1 on the try all front and rear black sticky

he didn't pack it there wasn't any newspaper shredding or bubble wrap it came as the frame with the brakes clamped on the rear, the stem and handle the bar were together and also the cranks but but they wernt secured down so have been rubbing and scratching up and down along transit hense the hundreds of rubs and scratches now also the hose clips bolts nuts and pedals came in a semi packaged envelope like what you put a dvd in, this is what im saying he didn't take care or time to package -

if the rear brake is as brilliant as you say then why didnt it work straight out of the box? you left the hs33 clamped in so its not like its been moved so how come it aint working, ive even posted a topic on here about grinds and them blue pads and somebody has also wrote yeah its Sheite needs a better grind so how come it works perfect for you and not for me considering i havnt tampered with it ? -

well im pretty sure if you send something you find a box that fits, the box he sent me was a mile too long and with the pedals the frame, forks, wheels and everything all rolling around in a box that didn't say "FRAGILE" kind of helped scratch the frame more -
you can beat a good old old grid & a gind its called a "grind"
-
yeah if i run my finger over the rim it feels quite smooth problem is i dont have a grinder lol, previous owner said he was doing 8ft gaps with this set up and no problems? i think im screwed lol i cant make a angrier grind and looks like taking it to a shop aint going to help either then umm g@Y
-
checked them and nah no cr@p, set them up like the guide on this wiki feature says use a 2p coins width from the pad to the rim yet i go out, get on the back wheel, backhop and again just slide with a really loud " sqeeeeek " problem is its not biting i cant even crab walk the rear brake so bad
-
trying to sort out my new ( cack ) bike the rear rim has been grinded and im running a hs33 on the back with some blue ? (plazmatic maybe) pads does the rim also need to be "tarred" for the brake to be stonger more bite, cause according to the person i bought it off this is the best set up ever yet ive had it set up and the rear brake slides, slips and i cant do anything, please help

yeah maybe for sending a small part, but not a whole bike, the brakes suck worse then V's but apparently it has all been freshly bled and all set up yet i use them and they slip like crazy cant even backhop due to the brake slipping so bad -
several weeks ago now i made a post saying " FTA: nuke bowel " i bought a bike from him through this site and ebay and he took over two weeks to delivery even though his post said next day delivery and also he said mint condition got it two days ago and it came delivered all in bits which due to bad packaging have damaged the frame, a tooth is now missing, and the brakes dont work, basically i want to leave him feedback to warn otheres from buying from him as he is a lying con, but i tried and cant see how to do it? do i need to be a full member?
