I’ve had no problem with them. I firstly had the 3rd Gen I pod (60GB 1 colour screen one) Then that broke, and they gave me instant replacement of a photo I pod and a 100£ credit with them. Then after a while that broke, so they replaced that with the new video 30GB one. Then the screen cracked, so they replaced it again for another one, After using the new one for 2 weeks or so, there was something wrong with the transfer from the comp to I pod, So I took it back, and they gave me yet another new 30GB video I pod So, yeh, they're pretty sound.
