After IOLO Post pictures of this move your on about i know what you're on about now lol. I use use force as i cant kick at all. I just get close to the wall as my weaker foot can go to then preload and lift bike just as IOLO says.

If you do a light grind the pads should last a fair while and work like a beast, They also work good on a ungrounded rim aswell.

Well depends on how much you would be willing to spend, a Magura on front can be good, mine is ok but sometimes I wish it would have a bit more bite but saying that I do run red Magura pads on a clean D521 rim but its mint for stopies. Running disc you have more biteo works in the wet bads things I say is probably hitting the disc.

Yer them are also good cranks but most people use Middleburns then I say Tensiles 2nd. If you do got for FFW I'd go for Tensiles since they are thread when the Burns aren't also they are very stif, bit stiffer then Burns IMO and have replaceable pedal threads and are cheaper then Burns.
