  1. ei '97 raleigh max cromo two. one of the first budget bikes i saw with v-brakes....loved that bike. riding trials ona 21inch fame was quite hard but the old man would't let me spend £300+ ona bike. really wanted a pashely 26mhz. then got a t-pro in '99.
  2. I'm just sticking with the past four years. 2 fsa platenum pro bb's 8 chains (one of them kmc) 1 saracen 05 frame (chain stays) 1 pair of light guy forks 1 pair of echo urbans 1 tensile crank 1 tryall front rim 3 cross overs 2 rear axles (one hope bulb) 1 bikehut stem 1 dmr v8 axle countless mech hangers at leased 10 rear qr's (using onza mech saver) think thats it?! do I dare include body parts?
  3. unlucky on the sidehop. i think that angle would work reaaly well if it was pointing more to the front wheel rather than your face.....no offence!!!lol
  4. that second vid took me by suprise. can't wait to ride bristol again!!!
  5. much better than the last one!!! tune worked well. good veriaty of moves! alot of it look abit effortless!!!
  6. thought the slow-mo was abit much at first...but it worked really well asa build up. saying that it made the vid feel like it should of been longer. music worked well! good riding though.
  7. Soooooo smooth....that double whip was too close on the landing. what a rider!!!
  8. Yeah i would of left those clips out...appart from that riding wasn't bad. editing wasn't great.
  9. t's what i was looking at getting, using try-all now and can't fault it. really grippy, really bouncy trye.

  12. quite liked that!!! who does that tune...my mates band did a cover a while bk (to be honest i thought his cover sounded better, bands: 'for this reason?' if you wanna look it up)
  13. +1 skirts n shorts 2inchs above or below the knee!!!lol
  14. one thing i noticed...he's always playing with his TPA. he's either riding or playing with his TPA?!?!?! dont' think you could really compare the two. two very different styles!!!
  15. taking the words out my mouth. like the missus says ''just sporting snobbery'' i'd enjoy flatland ona trials bike.
  16. That was one of the best street vids I've seen ina long time. Alot of wat i thought Danny Mac was missing from his vid!!! bunny hop whips...insaine!!! could say the same for TGS. but yeah too many whips at the begining!!! my thoughts exactly!!! All this crap bout keeping BMX to BMX is bullsh*t!!! what makes trials/street fun?.......that fact that you can do anything!!! what ever inspires you!!! don't matter what bike you ride!!! it's how you ride it!!! Edit: quoting the missus ''it's the hole point of trials...it's a TRIAL...a challenge, just sporting snobbery who thinks that one thing should be tied down and not expressed by other means!''
  17. there's one reason for you 'Eskimo' gave me to learn the other way. (right footed, hop right normaly) if you bk wheel slip and the brakes locked you'll land on the bk peddle and it won't move. after learning 'to the left' i can hop just over 43inch. it kinda makes sence to hop this way....it's the way i trackstand with the bars turned to the left. to the left i'll land both wheels, but feels really sketchy....to the right i'll land front wheel first and drag the bk wheel up. doing gaps i'll still lean to the right a little!!! think it's cos you wieght is on you forward peddle it feels easier hoppin that way. side hopping any distance i'll still hop to the right. learning both ways will open up more riding options for you. Youtube Video -> Original Video P.S. any chance ofa little vid so we can see were your going wrong...or how to improve your tech'!!!
  18. ain't sin that bfore....some big stuff!!!
  19. i had the same problem, before i noticed that the pins on the split link poke out more the one side...spit the chain, turned around no probs!
  20. the holy rollers are wicked, very fast, very gripy tyres but don't really do low presures so pinch flats are iffy, just use 2.35highrollers if you don't mind the nobbles! my mate uses a level boss1065 and i nicked it four like 3months using ZOO bars and 120mm/17deg onza stem and it felt nice. i'm bout6foot1 and the stem felt good but could of done with maybe 90mm same rise on the stem and some 2inch riser bars though... hope this helps
  21. wcked vid. the onza suits you. sam's a monster!!!
