    Wow!

I know that this has nothing to do with the forum but I play Five string Bass guitar and love playing something heavy before i go out ona ride just because it gives me the same adrenalin buzz. feeling of acomplishment. I wouldn't think to post something like this usualy but....... ...........this took my breathe way!!! Let me know what you think! Youtube Video -> ">" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="350">
  2. just watched this for the fourth time showing a mate. they love it. wasn't really paying attention to all the kick/leg and hand veriations he's doing. alot more complicated than i first thought. i take it bk. on those no-handed wheelies his h-set must be done up really quite tight!!!
  3. Sex and BMX!!!! or eat lots!!!
  4. wow you have really nice thieves and police in your area!!!
  5. to a sertan extent...yes, but i can see where your coming from though. but i've more injuries from tyre slip than brake slip(broken ribs recently, brake locked fine, tyre slipped from underneith me ona painted rail). i'll try what you said but alt' techs! thought bout that..... ....now changed my mind, good point!!! try telling the missus that. prefer sausages in gravey to faggots!!! mmm lovely!!! everyones oppinion counts but you must have really low self asteam (or no balls) to want to cause arguements (throw insults) like that. (not just my oppinion there......no offence!!!) i agree in all fairness. all opinions taken into account. at least i can see why they're so popular. think i'll stick to griding once ina blue moon. it's works for me! thanx for everyone contebution!!!! much help!!!
  6. my girl is the best. she'll let me spend what i need within reason. ride when i like (again within reason) don't get any sympanthy when i come off(it's never expected) but still take care of me when i do. couldn't ask for more really (again within reason!!!) now with my 4 month old daughter around...........nothings chanced as long as i do the ''night shift'' every so oftern!!! can't complain!!! EDIT: oh we been together nearly 8 years!!! been riding on and off for 4 of those years. yes she conviced me to start trials again!! love you Em.
  7. wasn't like mod bash though, just those three sections wasn't it? can't say i look in great detail when i rode one. Any chance of pics?
  8. just try and help were you can. give your opinion were it's valid. my spelling and general language is quite bad and i was validated in bout two weeks. (give or take)
  9. companies (LIKE ONZA)at this time were still experimenting with designs. good luck finding an accurate spec. when you say bash guard do you mean rock/bash ring(on cranks), or belly/bash plate(under frame). EDIT:the t-rex never had a bash plate. the funny bits are just beefed up section of the frame to reduce dents.
  10. by the sound of it he might as well start using canties!
  11. like i said 'unless your riding in rain or comps' don't believe it, get so much more bite using tar alone. i use koxx bloxx with the TINIEST bit of tar. i might as well eat it and breath on the rim. can't say that i've experienced much slip in damp (say after rain) or any slip in dusty conditions. i will admit modulation over bite is far better than tar alone. don't think i explained my self enough. i can clearly see the advantages of using a grind, just not all the time! *but surely if your using grinds all the time you become dependant onit so making you sloppy when it comes to bigger gaps/hop-ups. to put it another way, you don't get used to landing ontop of an obstical, more playing with tyre edge. if you don't use it all the time, when you do use it your a better rider for the experience. kinda the same with brakeless riding.* never seen rowan use a grind and look how smooth he is!!!
  12. diddn't really understand that last bit. sorry mate. kent!!! chavs!!! the home of horse loving yuppys and twead???!?!? lived out there for a while when i was younger. ha ha. you've never been to sin city that is gloucester have you!!! nothing but smack needles and blood stains. pykies/jippos find it ruff here!!!
  13. i've been thinking bout them for a long time and heard nothing but good thing appart from the price? are they really worth £25+
  14. i've seen lots of talk bout 'grinds' i really can't see the point unless your riding comps or in the rain. it's effort, recks/weakens your rim, runs pads out too quick and generally don't last long light grinds still slip anyway so might as well use a tiny bit of tar. anyone else feel the same? if not.......WHY? enlighten me!!!
  15. used them for a couple of months. really good budget pads...don't last long ona good grind. use a little too much tar and they pop out the backings. but you really grippy pads. i'm using koxx bloxx at mo and have done for 7 months only half worn (only using tar.) well worth the extra money!!
  16. base t19 is a bag of wank!!!! i'll let you know on the tuff guy forks. leave a comment on mine so i don't forget.

  17. i had the newer t-rex (black and crome) and had the pleasure of riding the older one (blue and silver wid the funny bash on the down tube) both great fun to ride. the older one was alot of effort to ride compared to whats out nowa days but it'll do your riding nothing but good. infact....i kinda prefer the older one, wicked to just bunny hop. i dont like peddle hopping!!! (not saying i can't)
  18. i love the old cannondale colours Blue and yellow. or Giant old sceme blue, red 'n' yellow
  19. read the thed mate. he's using ona MTB not trials bike!
  20. what a barral aduster? or the little red adjuster like the avid levers. na mate used them things years ago. they did my head in. crap!! no offence, you wanna use them, carry on. s'pose you'll never go over the bars or skid with them.
  21. it goes on before the noodle. but their f**kin pointless. makes the brakes really really really REALLY squidgey. don't matter how tight you set up the brakes the lever will still pull to the bars. can't imagin why any one would want to use them??? might be ok ona road bike...but even then if you need to emergancy stop you screwed!!!! if you want your brake to respond....don't use them.
  22. head case!!!! two questions. was the tune Slayer? was he riding chainless at the end?
  23. disapointed with that really. wheelie bkwards on the bars was cool. bit repetitive. kinda same ol'. cool to see tank wheelies ona MTB. c'n tell he's takes alot of the moves from moto tricks.
  24. Yes mate. improved quite abit since the last time i saw you in bristol. keep it up!!!
