similar to 180's. turn the way you wanna hop. then hop and straiten your bars. keeping the bars kinda close. if you can do correction hops (hopping forward with out peddling) it'll make it alot easier. kinda hard to explain. it's mostly hip movments as you hop. hope it helps. fox hops, pidgen hops, gayhopping, two wheeled hops. only guessing?!?!!?!
