    What Not To Do.

Was just browsing the lessons on hansrey.com and came across one called 'what not to do'. http://www.hansrey.com/lessons/crash.mpg
  2. I have an '04 HS33 (2 bolt evo) and have had to reverse the clamps so that the pistons can be clamped closer to the rim. That's what the magura manual recommends for narrower rims. (see image)
  3. I'm in shotton colliery, just outside of peterlee (unfortunately)
  4. Got them all, as well as dirt magazine how to dirtjump, dig (bmx video). Also got a blue Ging chain tensioner too!

    New Tattoos

Tattooing under the age of 18 is illegal. If caught the tattooist gets a hefty fine AND loses their license which is why any self respecting tattooist won't tattoo underage people.
  6. Just wondering what would be the best way to clear the system of water to rebleed with Magura oil?
  7. A cup's not really going to give you that much protection anyway. If you'd have landed on the top tube it'd have been pushed up into your 'junk' anyway and crushed them rather than the top tube doing it. And chances are actually wearing a cup is going to make you more likely to catch it.
  8. Here's a link explaining how to do it. http://www.trials-forum.co.uk/wiki/Bleeding_Magura_brakes
  9. Not being a vegetarian - I couldn't give a damn.
  10. Ah cool. Cheers. I'll be sure to go out and buy it. As soon as you tell me where to buy it from :wink2:
  11. Does anyone have an mp3 of Blowing down the stylus - Space Monkeys (from the Rob warner section of Chainspotting) ?
  12. Nah I prefer drumsticks to refresher lollies.
  13. Just recieved my new parts (Magura booster, front vbrake lever) from trials-uk.co.uk and was shocked to see a drumstick lolly thrown in. Nice touch!
  14. I think my mam must've hoovered alot while she was pregnant - Everytime I hear the hoover I automatically curl up into the foetal position on the couch and go sleep, same with the washing machine and dryer.
  15. I was the same. Getting out of the habit now though. All started with not wanting my stomach to rumble (or be heard) during my GCSE's.
  16. Just a quick question - didn't want to start a new topic. When doing a water bleed for the first time I have to drain the Magura Royal Blood out first yeah?
  17. Just a shout out to see if there are any riders in and around Durham?
  18. Here is a link to a store selling 2 bolt Magura Boosters. http://www.vizbikes.co.uk/trialsuk/v2/prod...a_brake_booster
  19. Hey. I currently have a mod frame with a 20 inch rear wheel. To have the rear brake setup correctly it is setup so that it is at the highest point possible on the brake mount. (Brake is a pre '05 Magura HS33) The brake could be adjusted to be a good half inch lower than it is at the minute. So in theory a 19" rim would fit. Am I right? Any comments / suggestions woulod be appreciated. Cheers.
  20. Martyn Ashton & Martin Hawyes. Basically because I'm just getting back into riding after 7 years off and they were the gurus when I used to ride. Even bought a copy of Chainspotting, next on the list is Tricks & Stunts.
  21. I have spoken to Da Bomb Bikes and this is what they had to say: 'A few years ago a UK trader made some unofficial bikes under the Dabomb name. They were mostly trials bikes and not manufactured, designed, produced or licensed by Dabomb. Unfortunately I don't have any details of these trials bikes.'
  22. I've been having a look at the Da Bomb Bikes website (www.dabombbike.com) for information / specs on their trials bikes but can't find anything about them. Am I missing something? Or is there just nothing there?
