As for me,rear Magura and front bb7(i am waiting in the moment)..... There are many things that you have to pay attention-for example your weight and style of riding......technique is very important too. And 'bout the pads - you have to choose yourself,because will you ride on grind or on tar??? I'm very pleased riding on Echo pads with tar....But my dream is Rock Blue(Green) or Heatsink coust CNC

Echo geometry is better for me(186cm high&1085 wheel base) but there are no Echo stems in Ukraine yet,so i am very sad 'bout that...... Neon is made from 2014+T6 alu,and Echo is from 7075+T6 it seems........ Anyway thanks for your comment I'd better wait for Echo,because i think that 20 degrees will be not good for V!Z fork(it has 415mm lengh) as Echo.... So thats why i'm not sure about the stem

I'd like to compare Neon stem with Echo HiFi....... Cause the price is the same,but about the strengh??????
