hi, if u have a freewheel with BB, then u certainly dont need a free rear hub. (technically you bike wouldnt move at al if u had both free ) and vice versa. usually u put fixed rear hub on a mod. hope and echo hubs are recommended.

hi, hope, then marta, then louise, then bb5 or bb7, then others like hayes maybe. 160mm is enough for both front and rear.

both bb5 and bb7 are awesome. dual brakes mod is even better.
