  1. We put down £30k on ours with about 20 of that coming from Mel (she was working/saving for the four years I was doing my postgrad and also had a good chunk from 25 odd years of grand parents pocket money). Meant we could put down 15% and get a slightly better rate (lol...).
  2. You can't really stall an aircraft engine. Aircraft stall relates to the wings themselves reaching stall which means the flow separates and lift suddenly reduces. At least he didn't fly it into a village/town/city/big ass building which could've taken out hundreds or thousands of others.
  3. What a thundercunt that co-pilot was.
  4. 'Tis good there. Some really nice flowy trails they've put in.
  5. The pictures on the Racingline website seems to show a slight step (in the right direction)- is that a 'new' version or is that like what you've got? Either way I''d be speaking to Tarty if that's where you got it rather than getting bits from Stepbike.
  6. If you can get the freewheel off you could modify the bash to add clearance (mill, lathe, angle grinder etc.) but you shouldn't have to. I'd give Tarty a ring tomorrow and see what they say. If it's a real problem with the design they should be able to sort something out.
  7. Sounds like they're saying it's the Racingline bash that's the problem not the freewheel. Most bashrings have a slightly wider base and taper down to clear freewheels but it looks like Racingline didn't think that was worth bothering with...
  8. I take it you're running the bash the right way round? It has a machined step that should face the outside.
  9. Wife and kids are somewhere up near Thurso so I have a weekend to myself with the bikes (and the weather looks good!). I win!
  10. Animal Sprocky Balboa's are only £10.99 on CRC: http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/s?q=animal+bikes+sprocky+balboa+sprocket&cat=product though obviously not with a bash. Freeflow are showing the inspired ring/guard as 'in stock with supplier- allow 3-5 days' but I'm not sure if that's true or just a place filler...
  11. Manor F1 make me angry. Apparently they're only going to pay creditors 1.26p in the pound for all outstanding debts (£60M+) and Bernie reckons they had absolutely no chance in hell of ever competing in Oz. Bunch of crooks if you ask me. You can guarantee none of the top brass are going to lose out after making an utter balls up of everything.
  12. . Though I'd rather have bloody Android and than a shitePhone.
  13. Give me a Panda over a Mazda 2 any day...
  14. Test having uninstalled updates in chrome. Well that also works...
  15. Test using Firefox... Oh so it's a chrome issue. As you were.
  16. It's really quite annoying! Running 4.4.4 in case anyone's interested...
  17. Noticed this for the past week or so. Running Android on my Motorola MotoG I can read threads, see pics and view vids but if I try to reply to anything it just navigates back to the Forum front page. Any thoughts?
  18. Yeah we've been overpaying the whole time, £1300 for the first couple of years until the 1st kid came along and £1200 since then (and should also point out mine's also a 20 year period so that brings it up a bit compared with a longer term). Should be able to do exactly that though and get the term right down which should be nice a little later in life.
  19. Some of these mortgage numbers must be interest only or whatever? Otherwise I'm doing something seriously wrong!!
  20. £1150 or something close to that a month on a £168k mortgage (£198k house with £30k down). That was a 5 year fixed rate at 5.29% which made sense at the time but the interest rates just haven't moved so we kind of screwed ourselves over a bit. It's up for renewal this October though so will have a look around for something better. Before that we were paying £650 a month rent on a 2 bedroom end of terrace house with a garden and garage.
  21. To be fair I didn't directly call you a twat and I don't think we've ever met so you may well be nice as pie in real life but your internet persona definitely is pretty twatty.
