Fair enough :). I've given up on my cheapo cable dropper and am just running a normal post again for now. Can't warrant £175+ on a 'proper' one, especially if they go wrong every few months!

But poor design? Surely there's a way of stopping it happening?

I'm on a CREE XML T6 thing as well on the bike and agree it's spot on. I wish the cable were shorter but that's either modifiable or liveable with.

Bump. After a new fairly cheap (~£100ish max) Android 4G phone. Been very happy with my MotoG but its 3G only and has no SD slot and is full up so won't do updates etc. Was looking at the MotoG updated one but have just come across these DOOGEE X5 Pro chinese jobbies from Gearbest that people seem to be liking and was wondering if anyone has any experience with them or have any other suggestions.

Can you not just get something from CRC? Then sell them on when you get your repaired/replaced ones back? Assuming you're not too fussy those Rockshox XC 28's are only £82.
