  1. Looks noice... although is it just me or do the forks look bent in that pic?! Shame it'll be getting so muddy on the 9th
  2. Fair enough, they seem like a bit of a strange bunch over the pond- don't usually hold back on their true thoughts...
  3. Yeah, that's what I thought... hopefully the end of dangerous moving grips. We'll see!
  4. Hahahaha.. I mean... oh dear Ash. Sent off my entry today Also just bought a new set of pads, lock on grips and stem to get the 221Pr back into tip top (ish) condition.
  5. Tell me that's not a 1/8" chain on there...? Could save another ~50g running a 3/32" surely?
  6. Oh. My. God. That's just insane Ads!! Looks gorgeous though. Are we talking Ti spokes throughout? Possible issues with the discs or not? As the Kool-Aid Guy would say...
  7. Explained in the OTN thread- ten laser cut stainless steel sections welded together then fixed to the rim. Not convinced that can produce a straight, true disc in the first place, and that's not taking into account the fact that if you buckle the wheel by more than about half a mm (that's about everyone who rides trials then...) it will rub like a crazy rubby thing.
  8. Haha, I love the way the Americans are absolutely loving this, telling him to go into full blown worldwide production and patents... It's not a new idea, it doesn't seem that good an idea for trials and as OBM's said, he's not exactly the standard of rider who either needs or can properly utilise a brake like that...Props to the NZ dude for giving it a go and making a working prototype but Americans are such losers
  9. Ain't gonna happen. Trials is a pretty poor spectator sport at the best of times and is such a minority sport they'd be lucky to sell a few thousand copies worldwide= not viable. There are a good few (basic) games online at the moment which will keep you busy for a while though.
  10. The run up was a bit tight for a full on bunnyhop so I did it both ways- just a pedal up like in Pompy and also bunnyhop.
  11. Not really. Weymouth is the nearest station but from there you'd have about a 10 mile stupidly hardcore ride to get to Portland. Best bet if you can't get a lift would be to get yourself to Weymouth and then give someone a ring to come pick you up from the station.
  12. Dan'd added some pictures here.
  13. Quite a strange ride, everyone seemed to be in little groups going round at their own speed doing their own thing... worked out ok though because nowhere was too busy. Quite pleased with how I rode, managing to hit lines first time that were scuppering Fred, even with Deng part on my bike haha. I like Bristol... although I like it more when Rowan graces us with his presence!
  14. Absolutely Oh and Ash... you just shut yo' mouth biatch before I open a can of whuppass on you.
  15. Awesome pictures as always, Dan. I hadn't realised what you were lining up with the Cocks pictures... That's a big wall ^ *chuffed* Dave P.S. taps are for girls
  16. First car... still miss it 1971 Austin minivan. Nice colour coded leather interior with classic buckets etc. Written off when I got a stupid VW Golf up my arse in '05. Have seen the mini once since then though so somebody fixed it up and got it back on the road...
  17. To be honest, those clips aren't even necessarily the best bits of Danny from the Extended Family DVD... There are soooo many incredible lines he pulls that are just so, well innovative and nuts! Having the whole clips together in slow motion like that doesn't really work for me but then to actually see the moves in slow mo is good in itself. Seriously people, buy the DVD- you won't regret it! Dave
  18. Fine in Firefox 2.0.0.7. Fine in I.E. 7. I win.
  19. Jesus people... 1996 is NOT old... I only started riding in 1997... have a look at this.
