  1. No. The bunnyhop record (forward over a bar) is held by Dani Comas, set in 2004 and is 1.21m. The sidehop record (I think) is still officially held by Benito Ros Charral and is something like 1.36m. Two records. Reason I have that info from Guiness is because I asked them whether I could attempt a bunnyhop record for a 24" bike but they don't distinguish between wheel sizes. I didn't take it any further though...
  2. Umm... try reading my post again? I editted it just for you . That was valid in May this year and I'm assuming is still the case.
  3. Come one then, give us a rough idea of how you do it... Had a good day really, was taking it a bit easy because my knee's still a bit dodgy but was good to see lots of old faces and some new ones too. Did Danny Kearns manage to get his rear wheel ridable again after mullering it on the gap at Castle Park and the subsequent beating he gave it? Dave (Blue Inspired Fourplay)
  4. Think the official world record for the sidehop is still held by Benito Ros at about 53.5" although I know Rick Koekoek can easily beat that if it were all organised...
  5. Pretty sure it will be cancelled altogether. Sorry fella.
  6. How would it weaken it? Loving the rear brake pad setup too...
  7. Wires and mirrors. I've been doing it for years . Beasty vid Rich, as per usual. Looking forward to seeing you on something a little different for your next vids...
  8. Ah, ok. That makes sense... well, no it doesn't but I can imagine Giles being a tit like that.
  9. Lovely looking frame, though not sold on the colour... Also, your bars look bent Scott! Either side of the stem they seem to be dipping down like my old Brisa bars did!
  10. Fair enough. I really think that's the right call. I also think that Nick should go down to the quarry anyway and see just how bad it gets- for future reference!! You just wouldn't believe it... See y'all at Bransgore then.
  11. My question to you is: Do you really own any guns?... Cos that really would scare me .
  12. Earlier today I was actually starting to like Clifford but he's just talking shite now and acting like a numpty for the sake of acting up to what people assume he must be like. It's getting annoying now. As I said to Rich yesterday, I reckon he just needs a hug.
  13. That's the whole thing with being a 'goth' though isn't it? Provoking a reaction for the sake of it? Get over yourself and stop trying to attract 'haters'. At least you do something with yourself (ride bikes that is) rather than just sit around acting all depressed and 'gothy'. Go out, ride your bike and stop deliberately acting like a tosser on the internet. I bet in real life you're actually a nice guy but on here you just do your best to piss everyone off... Well done.
  14. Sorry- Smo's absolutely right. Bob.
  15. Plus every single step you take your shoes gain another 2kg of clay. It's absolutely crazy. Nice when it's dry though
  16. Ok, but what about gapping (and not massive drop gaps to rails, just gaps), back wheeling stuff, ups to front wheel, sidehops etc. Making lines using both your streety stuff AND trials moves... Obviously if you enjoy what your doing then carry on but I always find playing around with other stuff injects more interest into my riding and increases my enjoyment. Anyway... you're in Canada, right? Is it not like 5 in the morning there at the moment?!!
  17. That's because you've never been there when it's wet. I really hope it rains now just so you can experience what we've had to endure a couple of times...
  18. I vote for a topic name change. A 2005 Koxx XTP, of all things, cannot be considered old school. Particularly when most of the components were made in the last 18 months or so!
  19. Mmkay. Sayshell: Serious question- what are your thoughts on learning more trials specific moves to mix up with how you already ride? I can honestly say that what you do is impressive and I can't do most of that stuff but at the end of the day you're riding a trials bike so surely it would make sense to start learning some different moves? I think I've seen most of your vids on Youtube and they are all very similar and the variety just isn't all it could be.
