  1. Really? Excellent- about time too! Matt lives in Blackfield so drop him a PM and see if he fancies going riding .
  2. Anyhoo... Don't think there are any trials riders anymore over your way. Matt Vokes (Matt Urban) keeps talking about getting a bike again but don't think it's happened yet... Bambi doesn't ride and now lives in Southampton and all the others who used to ride trials have stopped I think.
  3. Neither of who really ride anymore. Or live in Hythe!

  5. It's a very grey area though... Trials is riding over rocks and through streams without putting your feet down. A tailwhip is BMX. Danny just does what he does and it's absolutely incredible to watch! He's a street trials rider with a good dash of BMX thrown in for good measure.
  6. Oh. My. God. Absolutely immense. Any chance of a Vimeo download being allowed?
  7. You're basically trying to defend an indefensible position. Leave it. The *only* redeeming (wrong word but meh) feature of your actions is that the car in question was a works van rather than someone's private car. Don't get me wrong, it's still a f**kin' stupid thing to do and to post it on a trials forum expecting to get kudos is just dumb...
  8. Awesome riding Ben, really loved that! You run your bars at a foushty angle though .
  9. Please just read what you've written before you post...
  10. Have you tried phoning him/his parents? Obviously he's got 'issues' but is also clearly taking you for a ride. Otherwise... time for a roadtrip!!
  11. To be fair, whatever this crap is, it will more than likely reduce performance (riding wise) as it will just result in extra (most likely unusable) bulk. Just extra mass to carry round with you. Bulking up purely for looks has always confused me...
  12. . Thts al i hav 2 say abt tht. (Momma always said 'stupid is as stupid does').
  13. Watched it last night and I was literally shouting and swearing at the TV because of how f**ked up they were being. I was all for getting an armed response unit to come and put them out of their misery. Feel so sorry for the drivers who hit them as that's gotta mess you up. Also quite surprised they were actually able to show the full footage on BBC- if you haven't seen it on iPlayer, you actually see the first girl going under the wheels of the HGV... followed by the second one running into the path of another car and into the windscreen before being thrown off again in front of the car. Nuts. And the result? Motorway closed for hours messing up tens of thousands of peoples day, thousands spent on police and helicopter rescue and the HGV girl (Swedish national) spends 3 months in an NHS hospital most likely costing them (us?) hundreds of thousands of pounds. Ooooh they made me mad!
  14. And in the topic title, and post itself, funnily enough...
  15. Mathematical genius? Edit: £4.99 postage unless you can collect in store.
  16. Yeah, I'm just thinking KMC Kool's as it's pretty much the only chain I use. Always use 3/32" these days because there's simply no point in me running the 1/8". 3 years?!! You're stupid brave aren't you?! I replace mine every 6 months or so just for peace of mind. Snapped a couple of chains 'back in the day' and now, for £6 a pop, it's not worth the risk to be honest.
  17. Not even gonna comment on your shinanigans but this is how http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0QRbwGIXvM0...
  18. No it isn't . A 1/8" chain and 3/32" of the same make (i.e. a KMC Kool) uses the same plates and therefore will stretch in exactly the same way as each other. The only difference is the width of the pins and rollers, both of which simply add weight with no gain or loss in strength for the 1/8" version (assuming your drivetrain can accept it, of course).
  19. Hadn't seen anything about this but I love Harry Enfield and Paul Whitehouse. Although I found that clip really quite funny, the impressions themselves weren't any good once the 'celebs' started talking. But I'll keep an eye out for the series.
