Usually about 2-3 psi in the rear and 4-6 psi in the front. Rear is tubeless though and the tyres have really strong sidewalls so the wheels don't actually get trashed as much as you'd expect.

In my experience Hope Mono Trials crack... I'm currently running a Gusset R-Series on my Inspired and it's light but also far chunkier than the Hope ones.

Because it's a 219 it wouldn't surprise me if it's a FAG BB with plastic cups... I tended to use a hammer and aluminium bar to get it out but it usually made a mess.

Which is rubbish. Get some nitromors on there and you're away! And spraying really is easy to make look good- just take your time and top it off with lacquer and it'll look good for longer.

If it's still silver and black with the frames then 100% yes! The standard colour scheme is poo in my opinion! Get colourful and get creative! Mine went red with black tribal graphics on the frame and forks and looked sweet . Edit: Best pic I can find of mine...
