  1. So only threads you've viewed previously? Or ones you've posted in?

Really like that- is it oil?
  3. Can you imagine the mess a manual plasma cutter would make of the design? I think your assumption of NC/CNC is most likely correct...
  4. Sooo... what should it do? Never used it before.
  5. What do people think about including a 'views' counter? Not sure if it's of much use to anyone but the seller I guess. Still think feedback on the advert pages would be a good idea.
  6. Nope. Not while keeping it usable anyway...
  7. Ooh, that's swish. 24" tyre added partly as a test (but actually for sale!). Can I suggest (if possible) including the sellers feedback in some form in their respective adverts? Just as a percentage positive or whatever? Edit: I guess the reputation gives some indication to a seller's character but feedback would still be cool. Tom- your question confuses me!!
  8. Yup, they're the puppies. You'll need two- one for each piston (unless you know only one is a problem). Depending how old the brake is (and the overall condition of it) it may be worth getting the complete seal kit as it also includes the bore cap o-ring and the lever piston seals etc.
  9. Sounds like you've got dead seals in the caliper and it's leaking fluid onto the pads and rotor. Check it's not the bore cap or bleed nipple that's loose but if they're ok you'll be looking at new seals, new pads, possibly a new rotor, and a fresh bleed...
  10. BMXers are all just Danny Mac wannabes anyway.
  11. Yeah, noticed it earlier. Dunno if it's been like that since the clocks changed or if it's more recent...
  12. Preferably in skinny jeans with your arse hanging out the top . Oh, wait, that can't be right...
  13. Please stop using that (non)word!
  14. Especially if you're not going to use a tube at the lever- the fluid will dribble everywhere so be sure to keep it well away from your rims and pads (or disc/pads if running a front disc).
  15. Ideally, because the clamps are partly counter-bored for the screw heads, you'd be better running spacer tubes. You could go straight into the clamps but you might end up deforming the clamps as there isn't really a mating face to clamp onto. If you do go without spacers try and get some slightly longer screws to reduce the likelihood of stripping the brake mount.
  16. It depends on the comp really. 99% of Hampshire comps were more about having fun and riding than winning. There are occasionally those who take it too seriously but I'm sure that's the same with most amateur sports. Obviously when you get to National, International comps etc. everyone's there taking it seriously but for the more localised club events the majority will be there for fun. Anyway, it's all about Fluffy Bunny points at comps
  17. It depends on the booster. Is it a 4 bolt or 2 bolt booster you have? Usually you use spacers between the clamps on the booster but it depends on the setup.
  18. Learn to read before coming in making stupid comments (Ozzy, not Mark...) . A ramp isn't really an obstacle, it's, well, a ramp.
