  1. Sorry, I'm just kidding. I'd pick up a CS screw just for the aesthetics but there's no problem with running a normal socket head.
  2. I don't know how you sleep at night, I really don't. Edit:
  3. Oh the Irony! Andy, can you not see that this is precisely what you do? Act an idiot? check. Make random, crap posts which add nothing to the discussion and make you look like a tool? Check. Act incredibly immature and coming across like a retard? Check. That's three for three. I suggest you stop this.
  4. Why do you spend more time acting like a retarded, spoilt shit of of a ten year old than a 20 year old student? Answer that one for me ehh?
  5. Really? You'd think he'd at least have a Paypal payment system set up or something. Sounds dodgy as fook!
  6. Even Dan Ko, who seemed not to give two shits what his service was like, made sure that he had all his own photos of products and ran the official things like the site 'properly'. Just saying...
  7. BB= Bottom bracket. That's the bit that threads into the frame with bearings and an axle onto which the cranks etc. bolt onto. To be honest, I would choose the one you prefer the colours of. The tyre difference is basically a non-issue and I'd actually prefer having the 2.3" K-Rads front and rear rather than having a 1.85" on the front. I personally prefer the black and orange of the 2012 but that may not be the same for you! If you can stretch to the Inspired then it's definitely a better bike and as a note it appears that Thomas Ohler acts as a distributor for Inspired Bicycles in Austria through Smooth.at.
  8. Yup. One example, taken from the 26" frame section; every picture stolen from Tarty. http://shop.biketrials.ro/produse/cadre26/293 As Luke said, that's not the point. In a commercial environment (especially in a small community like trials) it's just lazy and unprofessional. It's also only a step away from (and probably actually worse than) copying descriptions and specs.
  9. Ah, fair enough. In which case it shouldn't hurt but if your brake is noisy it's because there's fluid on the rotor or pads and although the IPA will remove surface traces it might not help long term. Take your pads off and boil them in water before sticking them in a hot oven for a few minutes to try and get rid of any traces of fluid contamination. Give the rotor a good clean with IPA or brake disc cleaner and then re-bed the disc back in and see how you get on.
  10. Ah, sorry, you're absolutely right! Good ol' Johnny Herbert making the FIA support British concerns for once!! You have to giggle at Massa- it's not like he wasn't aware of the dangers of those orange kerbs!
  11. Seb won again. Hamilton crashed into Massa again. Track seems to have potential but was just way too dusty off line. Sums up the interest the Indians have for F1 at the end when the guy with the second place had no idea who Jenson was or which position he was giving the trophy to! Shame Lotus wouldn't give Chandhook a chance as I'm sure that could've been worth quite a bit for sponsorship next year. An opportunity missed I'd say.
  12. It doesn't need to be sent recorded to get a receipt proving the thing's been posted at all though. If Ryan had that to hand this whole thread could've been avoided. As it stands, we still don't really know whether he posted the item at all.
  13. You need to make sure the hose outer doesn't have any frayed bits and it is still nice and tight. Braiding often loosens a bit at the end increasing the diameter and stopping it from passing through the fitting. Maybe try wrapping a bit of selotape round the tip of the hose so that it's easier to slide the fitting over the end of the hose?
  14. Looks kinda stripped. The bit on the end of the hose should screw on to the fatter section next to the slave but that thread looks a bit dodgy in that pic.
  15. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7WSsyfjytJA Who would've thought he was so good on a bike too.
  16. It would function but wouldn't work well. Rather than just the slack in one system, you would be taking up the slack in two systems before engaging, making it kind of pointless.
  17. Well it's housed in the BB shell so...
  18. Just heard that Jimmy Savile has died aged 84 at his home in Leeds. Odd character but something of a legend and of course one of Danny Mac's idols! RIP Sir Savile
  19. Just to put a context on this, I've sold 5 or 6 things this week while doing a full time job and being in Germany for a day. Each item has still been packed up and sent either the day payment was received or the day after, all the first class things being delivered the following day, larger items going standard parcels obviously taking a little longer. For each one I've kept the buyer in the loop and have also of course kept each receipt from the PO just in case... now that's how it should be done and you know what? It was really easy to do as well...
  20. Oooh... good luck! Square taper or ISIS?
  21. Yup, definitely the Hope . Will be posted once the GP qualifying is finished!
