    I'll try but I can't promise anything.

You really are a dick. That's pretty much it from me. Oh, except that I don't see what's wrong with Gonks. They look kinda funky. Oh yeah, and I agree with Ali. And Flipp. And Dann. And Kaybs. And CalopS. And Luke. And Kyle. And Mr Echo Lite. And Alistair.
  3. There's definitely a joke in there about people from Liverpool somewhere...
  4. And you think a back door spray job from a garage is going to stand up better? No chance. Powder coat for durability every time.
  5. Definitely. You will get punctures. Best bet is to take a multi-tool that covers the majority of potential problems (cranks, brakes, bars/stem etc.) and tyre levers if required for your setup.
  6. Nah, shouldn't cause any problems at all for you. I used to ride my GT set up for trials 7 miles to my nearest town (before I could drive!) to ride (and then back again of course!). The only thing to keep an eye on if you're going to be riding distance is things like pedals and cranks. If they come loose while pedalling you could trash the tapers/threads etc so if something doesn't feel right, stop and check it out. Otherwise you should be good.
  7. And the first thing that comes up when I search Amazon for Craig Lee Scott? I did find my own biography though:
  8. Does anyone know if there's a Kindle version out yet?
  9. Must be really quite interesting though... Or am I thinking of forensic pathology?... Hmm.
  10. They use a special mech though, don't they?
  11. What ratios do you have to play with? I guess the best bet if you really need to go from 11-32 would be along the lines of 11-13-16-20-25-32 with 'tooth step' increasing (almost) incrementally as the sprockets get bigger. But yeah, to get from 11-32 in six steps may be asking a bit much of your chain and derraileur!
  12. Try it and see! To be honest you may need to sack off the 32 though and run things a bit more close ratio. I think the maximum 'tooth step' you can get away with will depend on the gear in question. Going from a 29-32 will be less of a step than going from an 11-14 if you know what I mean.
  13. You must track her to the ends of the earth, if that's what it takes, just to see her again and tell her about your dream.
  14. It does. Particularly the damaging the wall bit of it. NBR: Nothing But Rubber
  15. Not to worry, have a look on Trials Central for info on mototrials
  16. That was more at Jamie_Trials telling him to bleed with warm water just to double check. Best bet is to give the whole brake a once over, lubricating what you can and releasing pistons if they've seized. Then give it a good bleed and see where you're at.
  17. If you can bleed it, it's NOT frozen...
  18. Is this for the Giant? And they say the Scots are tight...
  19. Two easy options would be to either use an inner tube or similar to shim out the existing fitting (a bit dodgy) or replace the fitting with a star fangled nut the right diameter for the bottom of the forks (less dodgy. Otherwise go for an RRP combined with a downtube mounted mudguard.
