  1. As a definite non-expert from the looks of it you need to mix in some more calorie/fat burning activities with the muscle building weight training. As it stands you may well be building and toning but you won't be able to see it because of the overlying BF. I may be wrong though as I have a very odd metabolism/build relative to the (lack of) effort I have to put in .
  2. Same here. Last thing I broke (ignoring inner tubes) would've been... A 74 Kingz tensioner about 3 years ago and that was caused by my troos getting caught in my freewheel resulting in a snapped spring rather than any kind of abuse. Before that maybe a BB 4 or 5 years ago.
  3. As a very rough guess I'd go for something like £250-£300. reckon you'd probably get more if you split but that's obviously hassle...
  4. Sounds pretty gay but then you have just bought a Fiat 500.
  5. Uh huh. However, if it wasn't so frickin' easy to download illegal shit I wouldn't do it. Because it's easy I have no qualms about doing it on a small scale. In my mind it's very nearly a victimless crime. I guess it's really hard to feel sorry for SyCo, Sony, Universal Pictures etc. when they're not exactly struggling to make ends meet. I know there's the whole 'small/developing' artist shiz but I'm too far removed and have too little interest in that side of things to give two hoots.
  6. It wouldn't surprise me if the stamp is basically unrelated to the brand of fork.
  7. In what way was that offensive to either your dyslexia or you? It was a serious question, made blatantly evident by the smiley.
  8. Splined as in Middleburn or Shimano HG/UG/whatever?
  9. Well, the brakes are off the Fourplay... just need to try riding it somewhere with a very low population for a while!
  10. I'm failing to see what implantable sponge designed to prevent postsurgical adhesion formation has to do with stopping forks from snapping but mmkay.
  11. Standard mod ratio's of old were 18:12 with 158mm cranks. How does your setup compare to that?
  12. Wait a minute, you're the one that started this! I hope you're happy alot...
  13. If you look at it another way it's only 0.000379 furlongs or 0.04169 fathoms. It doesn't even register in parsecs or light years. I mean seriously, who's counting?
  14. I think one needs to try this 'brakeless' thing... Keep being tempted but chickening out!
  15. Oh, my God! That is so unfair! This is like, well harassment! If you like, fancy Jack why don't you just say so? God, this is exactly like the time Miss Rennig, who everyone knows is a total lesbian, made Candice Burton stay behind after PE, started telling her off for gobbing on Sunita Geschwani's hair. But everyone knows she only made her stay late because she wanted to get off with her, cuz when she was telling her off her legs were wide open and Candice reckons she could see her spider. Edit: Touché.
  16. You do know that's not actually a word don't you?
  17. It's just a title for the bike. Could be Laurences GT or just GT i-Drive 3.0 or whatever.
  18. I'd have said that it was accurate, concise and summed up the last 3 or 4 pages of this god damned thread pretty well to be fair.
  19. This shit's getting really old now...
  20. I can see a 9mm conversion and a 15mm conversion but not a proper M10 compatible version.
  21. You want to be carving the wall. If you hop into it, the front should carve a gravity induced arc and as you start to come down pull the front away from the wall a bit, bring the bike a bit more vertical and land both wheels together. You shouldn't be trying to bunnyhop off as such, just smoothly ride it out by bringing the front away first.
