I dont really think theres much need to rear wheel hop when riding brakeless anyway, just use like pedal ups to get onto ledges and land on both wheels and keep the front wheel a bit lower when dropping off to prevent looping out. Brakeless sidehops are fun though, when i tried brakeless a while back i found i could sidehop higher and i needed to start with both wheels on the ground and you can just concentrate on the pedal punch to get the hop rather than balancing first and using your back brake.

Spent most of the night editing the best of the ones my dad took, uploading them on here tomorrow afternoon and some will also be going on facey bee and i'll tag them so those who i have added will be able to find themselves

Yeah Dumfries aint too bad but it just lacks some bigger stuff but plenty wee techy lines

yep southerner here, im from dumfries, not a bad place for riding but once you've found everywhere to ride it does get a tad boring...still just means you gotta think of more creative ways of riding the same thing

Might be quite interesting for me on the natty with my street set up but looking forward to having some fun, might consider doing intermediate route but we shall see on the day

cool, but i dont know where im going to find a bolt the same as on the non-driveside, checked tarty, may ask at my LBS got the maggie put on the bike when i got it

Im running a hs33 brake on my bike with the evo 2 adaptor kit, the bolt on the drive side with the QR has buggered and i cant get the QR tight enough so the mount moves slighlty after i pull on the brake for a lurch. Is it okay just to run a normal bolt on there like on the non-driveside? This should keep the mount secure in theory. Any help appreciated Dan

great combo! i have an SD7 lever and its got a really comfortable blade and good adjustment, hopefully soon i'll be getting a bb7 caliper to match. just remember to get a decent inner cable along with a linear slic outer, gives the brake a light, smooth feel, making it really easy to pull.
