Graphics card already has 128mb dedicated, might use main ram but doubt it. Possible way of improving performance may just be buying a new graphics card. That would fix drivers as well, as obv it would have new ones, still don't think the sound drivers would cause this amount of lag in a game, and the fact that as far as we know its only this game?

I was looking at joining the police or pcso. And have learned from talking to people who work in the force that they basically do discriminate against younger people. In a fair way i suppose though. They say you need life experience, so you know joining the force will be your final career and stuff. But seriously, if you put your mind to it, do enough community service and stuff, I'm sure they will employ you.

Yeah but, hes saying mainly caused by radio, meaning he has the same issues with the radio off, just not so severly. And trust me, a computer can quite easily eat up 2gb of ram if processes which shouldnt be running are. Found some patches aswell. to be honest i have no idea if there going to work because i dont have san andreas, but try. http://www.take2games.com/support/patches/...o_1.01_COLD.zip + If it is really sound drivers, then try this: click start menu Run type "dxdiag" check your directx version which is listed on the opening page of the program. click next page twice and check that there are no problems with your sound. On vista this is auto checked, but there might be tests on xp. Anyway, hope that helps. If you fix the problem, please say what was wrong, and so that we stop trying to think of fixes.

Onza t-comp defo or you could build a bike like a did. Bought a retro t-bird for £170 Bought a DOB Magnesium frame for £130 Bought new cranks fo £30 Bought new bar stem £?? Bought new forks for £?? Overall spend like what £400. And it works pretty well, except some issues caused due to needing a half link... But t-comp i think is the nicest out of all of the bikes you listed.

Right, San andreas is a bit of a gay to be honest. First of all Update all your graphics drivers, Secondly click the following link and post details of what it says: http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/referrer/srtest Thirdly show me a list of your processes running on your xp system at the moment. Fourth, if none of it works go into San andreas and change resolution settings, graphics settings to low. If none of that works, then ill look for other answers.
