  1. Got a few bits messed up there. The 998 is a CG10 The CG13 is a 1275 The cg10's can get too 100 bhp with CG13 con rods and the 1litre pistons, this gives you high compression, on top of this the 1.3 inlet cam gives more low down power, although swapping both cams gives more power it just starts about 5-6k rpm. The rev limiters can be removed, but that depends on if its been converted too carbs and the standard engines with standard internals will rev too 9k all day long. I know far too much about small nissan engines haha. My 1.0 with standard pistons and con rods, 1.3 cams, enlarged manifold, and a 1.6 throttle body was up too 70 from the standard 54. With the 1.3 internals in it it should be pushing above 100 the and when i start fiddling with the injectors and the 2.0 throttle body i should be able too get close too 125. stupidly light engine aswell. But again info you probably don't need too know if you've got your mind set on a honda lump.
  2. I've got these 2 basic designs for work made up. Now these will potentially be used on signs and letter heads but they just don't look professional enough for me. I think i'm on the right lines but could do with a hand jazzing them up a bit. Please don't think i'm cheeky asking.
  3. Those are awesome, in for a sheet Fluro green would make my life complete, just so you know,
  4. You can get those engines above 100bhp easily
  5. Just too take a few steps back, that is a very very good looking MK5 and i really really do not like modern cars... There is just something about it... Good job.
  6. Hehe.. Well 50mph, 8000rpm missed a gear change, managed too rev it too god knows what and bang... Kept running on 3 until i could get it onto the side of the road, then managed another 5 miles too get it home, suprised is not the word. New engine shall have an 8500 limit me thinks.... And double valve springs.
  7. I know most wont care, but the rear axle and original engine for this car now reside in my micra! Haha.
  8. Kinda like them but i need some hubcentric spacers and extended studs because these are scary. A good 40mm drop. at least is needed too make them look right i think/ Also note they look much better now the suspension has leveled. They look like they sit in the arches but weirdly they actually sit further out than the GTi alloys. Also they look smaller but they are actually the same tyres... Still some work too go yet.
  9. I keep buying granny wagons although this one is much more fun.
  10. Also the gearboxes on them are a pig too change if anything does go wrong, subframe down and box out of the wheel arch..
  11. Just bought myself an 80's Peugeot, complete with mis-matched wheel sizes. Tyres where shot, no bar tape. £35 later. New tape, tyres and rear wheel. Bike for less than the price of a tank of petrol! Rides awesome.
  12. Perfect but for 2 things, red bash plate and seat, that is it. Tasty.
  13. Also if you're getting rid, get rid properly with fire. Don't want anyone steeling your details.
  14. Wow... thought they where capable of more. How do access and change the v-core? What should i roughly be setting it too for say 3.7/8ghz Currently got it running 3.4 ghz just too be on the safe side. that's still a 600mhz overclock but you know... All other peoples i've overclocked have been fine...
  15. Right got a new CPU cooler. Artic cooler freezer pro 7 rev 2 yadayada. Now with the setup i have. i5 760 reasonable case cooling, foxconn motherboard. Surely i should be able too get too if not above 4ghz... The thing gets seriously unstable above 3.7 and wont run over 3.8 What the hell am i doing wrong. The CPU isn't getting hot, its idling at 40 even at 3.75ghz so no idea what i'm doing wrong... Not very good at overclocking it would seem haha.
  16. Questions with no answers huh. This seems one hell of a dabate.
  17. If you want that magura get back too me...
