Hi. I ride all the nationals and tyketrial rounds every year. Im also involved in the running of the comps. All the info you will need is at biketrials or tyke trial webpages. If i remember right it costs 15 for membership that allows you to enter every tyke event at 10 pounds per event. It might be cheaper online. As for the nationals its 20 pound per event but you dont need to be a member. Hope this helps If you want anymore details or anything just ask. Or contact me on 07891591423.

That don't make sense lad. I will be setting up the national gazebo and that like I normally do I think. It depends what Barbara decides. I will be riding as much as I can.
-
I will be there on the Friday. Looks awesome. Also tying it in with a national round is a great idea. Well done jack lad.

Good boys. Thanks. Gonna use different cranks I think.
-
Thanks for the info. I will see what happens when the frame and that arrive.
-
Just bought an onza comp frame and have a set of try all cranks. The cranks only have enough room for a freewheel and i want to run a bashring. I have heard that you can put a bashring between the bb and frame and this should be ok. What do you think and has anyone done this without any problems. Also the bashplate mounts are going to be cut off so i cant run a plate before anyone suggests it. Thanks

Hi i am trying to get in touch with this tr member as he was going to sell me a frame. If anyone knows him, just give him a nudge and tell him to contact me. Thanks

I do every comp i can. I even help to run them. For me comps is what trials is all about. I mean its a great safe hassle free place to ride and meet new people. Job done. Plus its not all as serious as you think. Most of the time i just mess about.
-
I'm there. Any new riders wanting to give comps a go this is an event you should try and get to. Will be a right laugh as always. Rules aren't that strict and not everyone takes it too seriously. So why not give it a go.
-
Bodged it now boys. Just superglued the pads to the pistons for now. I will buy new pistons when the pads run down. Cheers though ha ha ha

Help. Anyone?
-
they do use magnets ive had 3 brakes.
-
Does anyone know where i can find some magnets that are usually found holding the pads to the piston on hope mono trial brakes. I bought one second hand and someone has removed them so the pads are constantly rubbing. Any help would be great. Cheers Neil

It was a great weekend. Big thanks to everyone for making it so good. The observers were great. It's just a shame we didn't have one for section 4. Still fived it twice ha. Cheers to owen for the tube. Hope to see even more riders next year
-
Anyone. If not tyketrial website download form and get it posted. Super weekend can't wait for this one.
-
It's all to do with admin and insurances mate to be honest. The event is also subbed by the club if the total money raised by entries doesn't cover the event it comes out of club funds. That's why day membership doesn't apply to this event. You can become a club member online I think and you can also download the entry form fill it in and post it off at a total cost of 30 quid. I don't think that's bad for what you get. A years mbership for all events and a fantastic weekend riding with a great group of riders. I love it ha. Hope this helped. Any more probs or questions let me no. Cheers

Hi. This one is aimed at tyketrial members and anyone who rides trials realy. I am wanting to get a rough idea how many riders are attending. If you aint attending why not. Three years ago this was my first trial competition, having been a street rider for years and i aint stopped since. Its such a great venue with grippy rocks for all abilitys. Its a great place to try competitions as the saturday is more fun based with a mess about with plenty of riders everywhere followed by a bonfire and a few beers. Then on sunday its a club trial. If you fancy it check out the tyketrial website or message me on here. The more riders the better the event. Any comments welcome, ways we can improve anything. Cheers neil.
