Any ideas how I can make myself get on with things, im fecking useless at doing anything I don't want to, leave it to the last minute constantly, or just never do it. Even things like filling out a provis licence gets put off, I've had a form for like 2 months, not opened it yet.. surely im not the only one? (N)

Rear V's rule, Ive got: Avid SD7 Lever (wouldnt reccomend) Avid Cable (black um dunno name) Odyssey Slics are great too. Avid Ti arms, just SD7's really, I got 2 pairs for £30 new, and there a nicer colour heh. Plaz CRV's XTR Booster (sometimes, doesnt make much diff) Anyway, it rules, any dust/water and its shite, but i usually carry a bit of tissue with fairy liquid on, with a bit of drink it gets and dust and shite off, works a dream.

Its actually a fixed cog, I can't remove it, they are normal thread? Anti clockwise to undo?
-
nah, you don't have to grind them, someone on here runs one on his ET without a grind, says it was fine >_<

Looking good, seems to fit you better, you must have grown heh.

I'm not 100% sure I should be posting this, but delete etc if its a bit dodgy.......... :D Just turned on the telly, Only fools and horses is on, I know like every episode off by heart, and I was watching this one, and its been cut. I watched the original video of it, and where it was cut, it goes like this, 'Paki shop won't let us have nothing on tic' and then again, Rodney goes to Del, "You wont give me no credit" and then Uncle Albert says "nor will that paki". Does anybody actually find this offensive? little things like this annoys me, I appreciate I'm not asian, but It wouldn't bother me if I was, e.g. if instead it was 'ginge' etc, it wouldn't bother me, its going mad. In the future will 'fatty' um and any other kinda remark on somebodys appearence etc that be a criminal offence? I have a feeling im gonna get slated for this, but where will it end. Rich.

Sorry to state the bleeding obvious, but, Theres 2 other leesons going for £300, so say, reduce yours to £220 and it may well sell! Isn't it Matt Tongues old one? you can't be loosing that much, on it if it is. Frame: £230 Headset: £with frame Forks: £25 Bar/Stem: £30? Not sure on that. Wheels: £90 rear, £50 front? Tyres: £20 the pair Cranks: £50 (with frame?) Mech:£10 Chain:£5 Cassette:£10? Rear Mag £30-40 depending on pads/booster etc! SD7: £12 XTR Lever: £20 650 is a little over the top, £550 Id say was fair. Sorry, heh, rich. -
Not keen on either, cut the seat tube down 10mm or so, and get a well slim seat, Leeson/Selle Italia Nitrox etc, then tilt it upwards nicely, but makesure its really low, you can always put it up if you ride anywhere :)
-
Cheers, i'm not a million miles away from Northampton either, looks ok as far are spots are concerened, is it any good riding wise?
-
Good! I have a tsg, and its got the thickest padding in, but i can still get like my hand inside the side of it, and it looks so silly, like 3" or helmet shuck round the edge of my head. I seriously may get a pro-tec one, I'll see if I can try one on anywhere 1st.
-
No wonder its a slight change haha, mate of mine has a zeb with a well short stem, it feels really short compared to my 24" haha. I'm abit funny with tapping, but I've never got hurt trying, I prefer pallets to learn on.

ah right, waste of a post anyway, I should have checked before I posted it, I'm just to slow. :)

Im not sure on this, but isn't the server (bike guernsey?) down at the mo, so the fbm.co.uk domain wouldn't be pointing at any working website, so maybe they make it like the domain company page (what i got when I visited just now) until the actual websites working? I'm sure somebody will have more of an idea than me.. rich

That vid really helps, I'm gonna go out and try em when it dries up abit, cheers. That bike must be mega long, cos tart looks about 3ft tall, and my ET would be like hooking it at the angle, almost off the floor heh
