    School......

Theres talk of them being introduced at our school, I'm not wearing one, mainly because we don't have to (Sixth-form) I would be pissed off I did, so everyone before you go nah silly girl, remember you were however old once... There tightening up on yr12/13/14 so I'm gonna have to go on a mass polo shirt buying mission, 'cos I keen getting bollocked for wearing T-shirts... (Y)"
  2. As far away from be as possible, nassty stuff..
  3. Dunno about that, but there quite a slim fit if you get me, but seem abit longer than other ones. If your unsure get a Large i say, small on me is usually a normal kinda fit,(stick..) this one is ever so slightly tighter :P hehe Someone will have more idea than mee though..
  4. That sounds right, he was the one who always responded to emails/done my orders..
  5. They were always top notch with me, never ever had a problem, all orders delivered very fast. This was approx 12/18 months ago though.

    Sunset Riding

Niice, wish I lived in guernsey, looks so nice..
  8. Never owned one, but I'm sure they were pretty short, 995mm sound about right?
  9. Completly off topic, but I fancy the woman off the benadryl advert.. A guy at school has the worst hayfever I have ever seen, he goes to the doctors and gets it sorted out, what they give him really does seem to work. Sorry that was not helpful (Y)
  10. Blood Tests. Thought of them made me faint once haha.

    Tires

What tyre is it? I guess a maxxis (It should be!!)if so.. Get someone with that tyre and rim, and get them to measure it, if it comes out at less than the distance between your chain/seatstays at the point where the tyre would be, your sorted. I've known of some silly WTB tyre on a Koxx rim (Y) fit ok tyre wise.
  12. I've been a couple of times to Santa Pod, fairly local for me. Went to a Aircooled VW show there, Big Band I think it was, and a RWYB session, years ago all this..
  13. I'm gonna run the new koolstops on a clean rim, be well good im thinking, plaz and a grind just are no good for manuals.. Anodised rims work better with shit pads, my aircorp was ok with blacks, used to hold fine, and the brake had been setup by a gimp, a v was great with PX sticky pads haha.
  14. Yea, I was being dumb, surely they could have added 5mm to the stays :'(
  15. And I may be correct in thinking that you had a XTR booster off there the other night? My idea of waiting till the very last second isn't as clever as it seemed, when the page is slow to load..
  16. trust me, that doesnt work....... so funny though..
  17. Can't u get a few mates to go with you kinda thing, could be a laugh, turn it into a mission kinda thing haha. I'm always much louder when im with others, verging on mouthy, but pretty quiet on my tod, might bring you abit more confidence
  18. All done now, managed to smash up the bearing enough to get something to hit the outer case. Just need to get some pawls for it now.. hope give them away free?
  19. It wont hehe. Nice work Ali :(
  20. Can't get to it yet, still got to remove the first bearing. I've left it soaking in WD40 for abit..
  21. Ok, managed to get the spacer to the side a little, now the bearings proper stuck grr...
  22. Just got my hub off smithy, all fine, just trying to replace the bearings in the freehub, and I have got stuck. According to a mbuk magazine, to remove the bearings, you simply give them a good smack with with a screwdriver/hammer, from the pawl end of the freehub, I looked at it and though hmm yea makes sense, gave it a few taps, nothing happening, had a feeling this may have been wrong, went on hopes site, got the instructions, all good, went to tried moving the spacer in between the bearings to one side, by hitting it at an angle with a small screwdriver, so I could knock out the lockring end bearing. As you can guess, 'cos I've tried knocking out the bearings the 'mbuk' way, the spacer (11 on the diagram) is well stuck between the bearings.. So won't come out with the small screwdriver method. The only way I can see, is drilling a small hole in the freehub, and pushing it out with an via that..? Can anybody help..? Long post for a simple problem... rich.
  23. I said that about a pic she put on at xmas time, and everybody laughed at me....

    Energy

Sleep really affects me, if I don't get enough (8hours at least) I can't carry on doing things, I just stop literally. Time of the day also effects me, sometimes I feel well tired when riding about early/mid afternoon, then I'm full of enegy in the evening, its weird..
  25. My 24" is pretty light, 24.5lb its gonna be soo light soon, It has DH tubes in at the moment and heavy rims. New Rims, 100g lighter each :turned: haha Normal Tubes, save about 500g. Hope Hub on rear, 100g, Loose the mech, simple chain tensioer jobby, 150g saved. :"> sad.. thats...850g, meaning it'l be around the 23lb mark, that will be so nice, lighter bikes do ride better, I stick by that, especially if your not big..
