  1. For one thing there is this, plus loads a huge fake rock section!
  2. First of all I said "even brakeless" implying that I did in fact ride it with brakes for a little while, second depending on what you are doing it is very easy to keep the bike on the back wheel with out brakes, just so long as you have no forward momentum!
  3. Hoots and I are hitting up Victoria Park on sunday. Any one else want to join?
  4. I am building up my new frame on friday, anyone in watford sat?
  5. I did it once when I changed frame I made my old bike brakeless with a really short stem and riser bars. It made it really nice to ride and I still had plenty of control on the back wheel, even brakeless.
  6. It is the tensile mounts, there are two ways to fix it, one put something under the plastic o-ring to increase it's size, the other (and more recommended one) is to file down the tabs on the mounts a little so they sit closer together!
  7. They ride nice and I quite want another one now. The geo is 1080,+15(might be 20), 385 if i remember rightly.
  8. They might be slef extracting crank bolts which means that they are trying to pull off the cranks at the same time. Just keep turning anti-clockwise to loosen

    Toxsin 2

I am just trying to find out what the Toxsin 2 frame rides like and what the strength/durability is like
  10. It was an Onza Limey 2, I dented after manualing towards a rail and letting the bike (without me on it) hit it not too hard. The frame did seem a bit cheese like.
  11. I hit my frame once on the downtube and dented it. A couple of months later the downtube snapped in half for no inherent reason apart from the dent.
  12. I use a piece of tyre and half a number plate seen here it may not look great, but it works well and cost me nothing.
  13. Is that your way of saying that they are sh*t without actually saying it?
  14. I rode MTB brfore I got into trials, never reaced, but still I rode 4x, a bit of DH and a bit of XC. It takes a little while to get used to but you should learn quicker than people who have no experience at all. The skills you learn may also improve your ability on MTB.
  15. The first time you snap a chain you should replace it or it will keep snapping. KMC are good, i personally use a taya chrome bmx chain that cost £6.99 from halfords on nearly all my bikes, they just work!
  16. Just get a new hub, it will be so much better and easier!
  17. Poundland do multitools in imperial rather than metric.
  18. My friend got 8 holes helicoiled for £20. £35 for 4 is a bit excessive.
  19. You fancy selling me some refills for 20p a pair then?
  20. Stick to V and just get some good pads!
  21. Unfortunately still working on getting hold of a new camera bag. Will have one by the start of next month hopefully and then will be happy to do a photo sesh with you!
  22. OK, i am not going to Woburn so I am in now!
