I was looking on heatsinkbikes.com at the pads, and im looking to get a pair of coust pads and i saw there was two types: Cnc backens with material Plastic backens with material Do the cnc backens actually make any defference to the performance of the pad or is it just looks? Thanks coxy.x

So which is better I know alot of it is prob. Rider preference but can some explain what the major differences are when it comes to riding? I am going to be new to a trials specific frame either stock or mod . . So lets say adamant A2 06 +55 bb or echo pure 06 +15 or Zoo Pitbull +25. What would make one of these better than the other as far as bb rise is concerned? anything? All Long Version as well. Thanks, Coxy :$

Well i orderd myself a new rear 19" of trials-uk. I rang them up said "could i order a REAR 19" INERTUBE" blah blah, then the person who was doing my orders said it once again, "one REAR 19" INERTUBE" and yes that was all good, came the next day. Didnt really look at it just gave it to my dad befor i went out, he fitted it, no defferent to any other one. Then next day, went out on a ride fair few lads came down been there say 20/30 mins warming up gapping to a curb, first big gap. PSSSSSSSSSSSH. PUNSURE. So undone everything, fixed it , i was thinking it looked a bit skinny so i looked at it and it said "20 x 1.50" i was like hell? they check my order about twice Pretty gutted about that, couldnt fix it neither well just thought ild tell you, well not ordering from there again. x

or not. Try plaz pads on a smooth rim or a grind, that should make your mind up

go for it , made mine lushh im using plaz on a smooth rim. There louder than this boy running a grind and using heatsink reds.

Well i brought my Zoo python in the 07'summer and it came with an echo team boster on a viz rim with a grrind and snowys they were good pads i guess, they held a fair bit and didnt have to much sound i brought some zoo pads aswell not to good neither. In the winter i brought myself a try-all rim (smooth) and got myself a new set of old zoo pads, they was the same as the other pads bit on the down side to what everyone said about them. So then i heard about the 'Plaz pads'. Got myself a set of them, they were better then the other pads, they held and had a bit of sound. Put some tar on the rim mad a bit of an improvement. And then yesterday riding i got a bit bored at our 'lunch break' and i took my brake boster off for the first time since.. last year? I was using the plaz pads..still. and there are like WOOW , loud , hold , bite. there amazing. So i waited about 7/8 mounths for a good break, just becuase of my brake boster, i spose it is worth the wait. I recomend anyone out there using a brake boster on to.. take it off you might be suprised. Hope this may help some of you. Love harry
