i go to the gym 3 times a week and run 5 miles by walking for 2mins running for 3 mins also wieghts stuff. My advice would be to buy some good trainers with with surpport for your foot because when your foot comes in contact with the ground it is 3 times your body wieght hit the ground so if you have crap trainers on with no cusion surpport it can cause you problems over time

i find that the timing is everything. jump up just as the wheel hits the wall and the bike will float up then just leen back push your arms out and your on the back wheel .as far as big 5ft walls goes you need to tap lower to get the lift because you would never be able to reach the top sounds easy as that eh . NOT lol have fun my friend you will get it . I did .You have good days and bad days hope this helps

i have had a lot of bad experience with hydro disc brakes then i thought why not get the avid cable disc .I thought it would be spongy as well but to my surprise it isnt it has to be the best disc i bought. I know your sitting there and this reply still hasnt convinced you which to get . But i can honestly say that the avid is amazing you wount buy a better brake sure the others are good brakes but this is just my opinion hope this was of some use fred. :)
