I think you will find nike do make the the livestrong bands or are at least heavily involved in them as has been stated numerous times now. The Bands are a way of showing your support for something you might believe in, raising awareness etc but also it not as if the bands are given out free (most of them anyway) you pay a few pounds for the band and the money goes to the charity involved. If its the same as before its free to get in and ride the park and a small amount to enter the comp which you can sign up for during the weekend. Basically you just turn up with your bike and ride. Dan edit: damn you Mr Trials Pimp you beat me to it.

Yea was a really enjoyable ride, should be some nice pictures (post em) - and whoever filmed Sam hopping over the rail in Mayflower Park (with the multicolour maze) get the clip up it was pretty crazy. Dan (Echo Pure)

I have been looking at MP3 players recently and didnt want a huge capacity one and i wanted it to have a good battery life so that ruled out the mini ipod 4GB so i was going to go for the Zen Micro 5GB BUT I found out Apple have released a 6GB version of the Mini iPod with up to 18hrs battery life for the same price as the old 4GB one and a new 4GB one thats has the 18hrs battery life and is about £20 cheaper than the 6GB one. http://www.apple.com/uk/ipodmini/ Dan

Ok a little help wanted from you guys. I have some basic XML training at work at the end of the week and havn't done any specific XML before only Javascript and normal HTML coding. Do you guys have any ideas what I should have a look at to try and get a little headstart before the course? I looked at google but would prefer not too wade through crap to find something useful. That is looking amazing Prawn. the bike and car pic is really good painting the bike the same colour was definatly a good move. I quite like it without the decals its quite clean. I think your right the stripes on the bonnet are too common now. Dan
