The DVI-Analogue adapters don't allways come with the cards, mine didnt so I bought one from amazon. If you buy the adapter as they are pretty cheap and then grab a second monitor from someone to test it make sure everything works ok then buy one if you like it. The software and drivers provided by ATI should do everything for you its just a case of fiddling to work out how you want it. Im running one 15" tft and one 15" CRT at the moment. Quite nice though obviously two huge tfts would be nice. Im pretty happy with my set-up. Dan

A mate of mine Mike is a drummer (trials rider but not a member) and can only play when his neighbours are out and during the day, but his parents don't mind at all. They tend to just turn the TV up a little. Dan

Agree with most of what prawny said about audis. Tdi's are a good choice. I have had a Golf Mk3 TDi 90bhp for over a year. Its done 114000 miles and so isn't as quick as it used to but it still shifts nicely. I have grown to love torque (the diesel owners curse). Its a bit noisy ticking over (its a diesel so it would be) mostly nice feeling plastics in the interior and feels really well put together. 8 speaker sound as standard isnt bad if a little lacking in base notes. Comfortable and economical (up to about 50mpg with a variety of driving). Coming back from cornwall recently 3 hour drive and was brilliant even with the weather doing its best to piss on my drive. Never felt uncomfortable and enough torque for overtaking at 80/90 to almost run me into the back of some ass in a saab aero who couldn't figure out what the right pedal is for. Now the bad bit. Insurance is group 8 which initially i thought wasn't bad. BUT a mate got a pug 306 estate (dont ask) his is the 2.0HDI and is very quick (done about half the miles mine has) same bhp, basically same torque, same top whack, same 0-60 but his is group 5. ARGH. Now I guess its due to mine being a more desirable car (i think so more stealable) but it is a bit frustrating knowing i'm being charged so much for insurance when its definatly not because its much quicker car. hope thats of some help. I put a few up a few days after the ride. Most of them are of riding. http://www.trials-forum.co.uk/forum/index....showtopic=56414 The file should still be downloadable but if its not i will re-upload it. (Remember very small bandwidth) Dan

I think if i had to choose one car around the £100,000 mark I would go with the Aston. Its an easier car to live with day to day than a Ferrari and still has huge power and is possibly the best looking car about currently. Plus more people respect Astons and think Ferraris are driven by tossers. (NOT my opinion) Dan

Agreeing with what a few people have said, the "Ferrari" although it is obviously a design studio render it has very few Ferrari design cues which kinda ruins the illusion of it being next Ferrari. Possibly the best Ferrari in recent times is indeed the F430 imo. From what i have read and seen on tv and internet it is easy to drive very quickly, comfortable, looks amazing and is infact one of the cheapest Ferraris ever so more affordable (£100,000 ish). The F40 was an amazing car but as has been mentioned it had nothing in it, carbon body no carpet no radio nothing just an engine with 2 huge turbos, seats and a steering wheel. The F50 was simliar but with a V12 engine and a little more power. Have to say I have loved the F355 for ages they look very very nice although not the fastest car around they're still Ferrari quick and Ferrari good to drive. love cars and top gear let the discussions begin. I think the phrase your looking for is "you can't polish a turd" :)" :disclaimer: Not that I really dislike the Corsas or in fact what you did with it. I would love to do some mods to my car (performance) stiffer springs, chip it etc. BUT I just don't want the hassel of insurance and engine/car damage that may occur. Plus its a diesel (Y) :P I love torque :P Dan

I will be there Andy, I can also help out day before if you need (Y). Dan
