  2. bed sheet, two eye holes (Y) or pillow case, two eye holes and a chainsaw. Go without underwear and when you get there just say "i'm going commando" (Y) Dan
  3. Great video as ever Andy, good to see some of Salisbury in there. You have to come visit when more of us are riding (Y). Dan
  4. I'm guessing this is a mini fridge in your room. I which case most likely yea it needs a good wad of time to get good and cold. The one I have will make things cool in 3 hours or so but for COLD you need to leave it over night, I reckon around 8-10 hours. Dan
  5. Not bad considering the obvious lack of a quality camera but they really could be a little smaller. Try and take them down to around 800 pixels wide at most, then have links to bigger versions if needed. I run 1024x768 which i think is what most people seem to run now and its extremely annoying when the photo doesn't fit properly and I have to scroll around the page to get the whole pic in. This is by no means aimed entirely at you, lot's of people do it. Dan
  6. Great shots as ever Mr Chris. Do you take the shots away from the rider and then crop down to fit, or are you just that good at getting the rider in the right position in the frame of the shot? Dan
  7. What about your secret question? This is what it's for. Dan
  8. This is fairly realisitic. Untill you get used to the grabbyness of the avid you will find it's very sudden and there is little to no modulation when properly bedded in. If you ride it for a few days being careful not to jam the brake on too hard you will slowly get used the extra power and will soon be able to modulate pretty well. You ride a mod dont you? If so a 205mm avid is probably overkill big style. Tic runs his mod with the 165 and it is easily powerful enough. My 185 on my stock is pretty much about right. Just give yourself some time to get used to it and you will love it :P Dan Also incase you havn't been warned they over heat way too easily, be wary of this if riding big hills etc.
  9. You on my bike! (Y) ha ha ha ha (N) Dan
  10. Something like: To keep the joints warm when they used to swim through cold lakes i think my dad said. The fur was cut to make it easier to swim but the joints would sieze up so they left a lump of fur to help keep em warm. Dan
  11. Well completed all three levels. Not too difficult but not exactly easy. At least the control systems nice and basic. It's a trials game on the net though! Dan
  12. I would say there is a high chance is photoshopped. But if its not thats pretty cheeky. Interesting find. I'm guessing your pretty bored! Dan
  13. You think your dogs got problems seeing. Check out mine! Dan
  14. Thats some creative editing there James! Oh and the guy on the koxx was Mike. Dan
  15. Fred was sidehopping near the blue rail gap. I had said the first time he did it. "Fred, your going to fall in" more joking than anything else. Few mins later. Were all standing around and fred hops up, goes a little far loses balance and puts his foot down to stop himself falling. Unfortunaltly theres no-where for the foot to go so he topples in. Kinda backwards facing us. Wide eyed! (Y). I think the worst bit was the cold and his phone being in his pocket. Best bit was the flailing arms as he fell and once we had realised he was ok, we just started laughing. Dan
  16. https://a248.e.akamai.net/f/674/9448/1m/dlm...2k_dd_26409.exe That should work ok, Display drivers only though. For full options you want: Win xp drivers and software ---> RADEON ------> Catalyst. You can then select the various stuff. The control panel may be useful. Dan
  17. I dont think you can chrome alu? Looks ok, not too out of place imo.
  18. Awsome. Wish they did them in 26, would look great on the front. (Y) Im kinda divided on if it would look extremely gay or pure class. I think you really need a pair though. The vid of their riders was pretty cool. Dan
  19. 367,956 about 2500th globally (Y)
  20. Image page would be a load of my pictures. http://images.google.co.uk/images?q=dan_br...ial&sa=N&tab=wi Normal Search is me again. http://www.google.co.uk/search?q=dan_brisa...ial&sa=N&tab=iw Not very interesting. Dan
  21. Thats looks ok, will work fine dual monitor etc.
  22. Mine is an ATI RADEON 9600 series. It's all dependant on how much you want to spend and what your doing with the PC (games etc). I expect there are lots of people more adept at advising you on GFX cards as I havn't looked into them for a long time. I will have a go anyway.... The one at the bottom here is simliar to mine.... I think :bunny: The other cards shown there have the connections I use (a VGA, S-video and a DVI output). Also notice how cheap this now is. http://www.overclockers.co.uk/acatalog/950...600_Series.html As a cheap but more up-to-date version of mine the bottom one from this link isn't bad. http://www.overclockers.co.uk/acatalog/970...800_Series.html I may be wrong. Hopefully someone like Tic will post and correct me as I know he keeps more up-to-date with it all than I do. Dan edit: man i'm slow
  23. Im pretty sure TVs even LCD ones will only run something like 640x480. You should be able to adjust each screen individually. Right click on the desktop and select properties. Under the settings tab you should be able to select your tv/monitor and choose a resoultion and refresh rate, it should also tell you available resolutions and possible refresh rates so you don't try and run something the tv can't handle.
