We had a problem recently with my family PC droppingh it's connection to the wireless network, turned out the PSU was on the blink and just couldn't provide the power for the lan card. silly question BUT has he properly connected his wireless LAN card. Does he have a wireless LAN card!? Are there any programs that came with it to tell you what the signal strength/reliability is like. (usually on a disk that came with the card). 4 brick walls isn't an easy task so most likely it's just that the signal can't reach. Could try getting a signal booster, no idea what sort of price they are though. Dan

This may not be especially helpful but in the 3rd pic down on the Ebay page you can see the chain slap damage that you took a photo of. So it was obviously "damaged" when they were selling it. Question is whether them stating it was new on the ebay page means they sold you something not as described, in which case you should be able to get at least some money back. But as the damage is obvious you may be unlucky. Dan

Done properly I would definatly buy one. No idea how much i'd pay though, i imagine a lot of people would be able to get them as christmas gifts so it makes sense to try and get them as close to market calender value as possible. I think around £10 is right. Photo wise I think a good selection of some of your stuff, natural/comp/street would be good. Possibly have a couple of photos per page dependant on size etc. Would be good to have some other user photos as well, there's some good photographers on here but choosing photos could be a real pain. I'd say it's a pretty bad idea. BUT If you're going to do it find a cross shedder (the kind that goes vertically and horizontal) it cuts the paper into pieces about 3mm by 3mm. This would make it very easy to eat and hopefully digest, maybe make it into a soup or have it with a chilli/curry instead of using rice. Dan

I guess i've been trying to take decent photos for about 2 years, since I got my first digi camera (Kodak DX7630). Playing with manual settings etc. Slowly improved over the years but I havn't taken any courses so it's kinda learning by doing/reading about techniques. Recently been using a mates dads Panasonic DMC-FZ15 when out riding for taking photos (DJ ride for example). Considering a DSLR at the moment but a lack of money and wondering if it's worth spending so much if i'm not going to be able to take photos to justify the expense are holding me back. Dan

you have the most annoying brake on earth, except maybe mike but that's due to him complaining about it and not the actual break. vid wise, it's alreet, not a big fan of the fact there's loads of park situated moves that you can do on the streets (i have seen you do them) yet do them on the ramps making it look a bit like a bmx vid gone wrong. You're still improving far too fast for my liking . Dan
