i think your preload is verry good but you dont need to lower your front wheel so much and if you have some hight you need to level the bike...

i also think the hoses may be te problem you'll need normal hoses and you may only use this stuf for the rear crossover -

nike 6.0 is the shoe that has loads of grip and great wear recistance i have ridden with try-all shoes but they are verry expencive and you will need a new pair every 3-4 months orso

i think a tall stem is better to give it a trails feeling i personally ride a mod so i dont know what stem you should take
