  1. Loving this video, nice song choice, smooth style - BIG RIDING well done. was nice to see a video that was fun to watch other than just strict TGS videos:) james.
  2. looks oryt dus that mate, bet it rides quite nice. don't know why but i like them frames lol. james.
  3. Personally, i don't rate echo frames, don't no why but there's something about them. anyway my mate has one and he rides it hard and well and its fine. to be honest it looks not to bad. they are going to be strong, they are deng but yeh, they are ok to ride surprisingly. james.
  4. Yeh, this is what i use. much, MUCH prefer them to 'torx' bolts as they are easier to put in and out and just a lot more reliable, get standard 4mm bolts and cut them down to suit your needs.
  5. Nice riding there mate, nice smooth style yet very big riding. liked it but, yeh i wernt to sure on tune lol. james.
  6. i use dot 4 seen as how i have no dot 5.1 however, it makes the brake feel a bit more spongy, if its not bled correctly. on my old mono trial it was fine, with my monty trial i've had to re-bleed again because it felt songey at the lever. Check chainreactioncylces for you spares. james.
  7. Ok well if you can get them, i reccomend monty 219 risers. they are like and ordinary high rise bars. now i am used to high rise, the feel very nice.
  8. I have heard good reports on these gloves. i have used fox ( still do as rough gloves), 661 and they are ok. i have bought sum TLD (Troy Lee Designs) seemless and strapples and they are really grippy and really light. but im going to try hebo next.
  9. Yeh i agree with that. the forks mainly are stupidly heavy.
  10. Adam, i run the white Ti bars lol. But my friend has these bars and when i rode them they feel nice, because of the rise. they go well with a high rise stem such as the 219 monty stem. james.
  11. nice vid mate, good to see you learning new things, like you said sidehops. nice n chilled aswell n cool song choice. james.
  12. I used my mates GU07 and this had reverse maggie mounts with smooth echo rim, he used plazz pads and they truly are amazing, very powerful and very good lock, even if they are new style/:
  13. My mate ran these on the back on a form of grind, they had good hold and were ok pads. For the price they are never going to be the best, but keep the koxx pads and just try them out, you never know! james.
  14. My mate already said, i simply use sandpaper for the pads and rotor and apply some pressure when doing it to give the rotor and unsmooth surface, this will ensure it's clean. Once re-fitted all clean use the brake just on your front for a few mins to make sure it's biting again. it works for me and one of my pads was really bad on the rear! there's also baking the pads but MEH i have never tried and dont intend to. james.
  15. Could you be more specific with your info i.e. what rim surface you use, and what rim. Theres always the search, as there has been post on top of post about ''best brake pads'' james.
  16. Not a bad video that mate, for your first one anywhoo. the only thing i didn't like was it was to slow, and after every clip the flash of black, thought it was used FAR to much IMO. but yeh, good riding and overall cool vid. james.
  17. nice pics, i didnt even realise ste went lol. what frame is that ? is it my old pitbull hes on, because he usually rides an 08 gu??
  18. any need lol ? hes just an absolute animal. one day hell be askin me how i do that ...... LOL
  19. Mint vid tom, really liked, you've improved hell of a lot since i last rode with yah. LOL WINTONZ nice one. But in all seriousness, why all this over a video? if you like what you see, then good, if not then dont comment. simple concept, am i right? james.
  20. Nice vid dan, editing i thought was class lol. If thats you not pushing, can't wait for the real vid. james.
  21. Dont forget they haven't been riding long and are still begginers. im sure at one point you were same, i know i was. everybody has to start somewhere. not over keen on the music but keep ractising and you'll be good .
  22. IF you buy a diamondback, over that sexy t rex, you deserve for the diamonback to break:P. the t rex looks lush man.! my mates t rex rode really well.
  23. had a mod, liked it at first, got bored went to stock. can tap and gap an up to front and switch and everything higher. decided i fancy a change and think ill go back mod. i prefer the feel of a stock i suppose they feel nice and stable and i feel constantly in control however i like mods for the sheer flicky-ness lol. james
  24. Hi guys, iv not long back gone stock but i sidehop towards the tensioner as im left foot foreward. The issue im having is that, i really don't want to bend my 74 kingz tensioner and i heard off a friend, that you can run a half link chain on a stock, without having to run a tensioner. Can anybody shed some light on this situation for me please ? thanks james.
